KM has always been very helpful whenever I have an issue. Had a nasty rodent issue and their manager Mr. Shockey handled this issue quickly and professionally. He did a good job keeping me in the loop with status updates.

I am trying to sell my condo and found KM's web site very helpful to stay current with my HOA's issues. Everything I needed to disclose is downloadable for free on their web site. This was not the case with my prior condo with another mgt company.
