It is refreshing these days when you can always count on Excellent Customer Service with an Amazing amount of Talent!!! Great Combo!! I have had the pleasure of knowing Karen Dodge,as well as her other outstanding staff members, from her previous salon Hairwerx Center . Walking into Encore Salon you just feel like they really care; they are always smiling and creating such an upbeat atmosphere. The staff are always asking if I need something or if they can get me one of Karen Dodge's famous cups of coffee. It is grown in Mexico on their coffee ranch and is imported. "Kabo Coffee" is the name, and I always buy several bags when I am in this awesome salon every few weeks. It is an honor to be able to write a review like this one that I so believe in!!...Cheers!!!

I love how right on she was with the cut I wanted. I have so many people say how great it looks and how healthy it is. thank you Tianna Heil. Encore is so nice and welcoming when you walk in there it's like you went to see your best friend. :)

I love this salon! drove an hour to pamper my hair. All the people there are so friendly and it has a great vibe. I felt so at home. John did an amazing job with my extensions. For what he charges I feel like I am getting an AMAZING deal,and ask where I get it done. I am happy to refer anyone! You won't be disappointed.

I really enjoyed getting my hair done there, the stylists were very friendly and professional. The salon looked very nice and clean. Tianna is a great hair stylist she did my hair exactly the way i wanted it and i would definatly go back to her to get my hair done.

I had a great time, everyone was very professional, and very complimentary to what i like. I was there on the weekday and it was quite busy, but they made sure each customer was accommodated properly and timely. Great Stylist is Toni, She does a wonderful job for men and women of all nationalities. Make sure you stop by and see what she can do for you.

Toni has been cutting my hair for 3 years and she has been cutting my 2 year olds hair ever since he started getting haircuts. I am extremely impressed with the service and I love the environment. Toni is awesome!!!!

The experience was amazing. They cater to you. What you wanna look like when you walk out of there, they make it happen! And the atmosphere is pretty...i love the chandelier that hang by the doorway....and all their products you need, they have!!
Jon Scott is my personal stylist, has been for 5 years now. If you want a crazy new style or a new color...he is your main man to see....watch him work his magic! :)

Weather your getting a perm, cut, color, or extensions, Ms. Toni knows what is best for you. I went to Encore Hair Studio and trusted she would do a great job with my hair, I absolutely love it! Very easy to work with, and she took the time to listen to the my needs, and let me know what was best for my hair. I will definitely be back in 2 weeks!!

This stylist is amaaazing. Coming from Bella Salon of Naples, I was a tad hesitant for Bella has such high prestige and is a 5 star salon. (With not so Bella prices...) This being a drawback, I met Jon at a social gathering and right away he guessed my stylist at Bella. Being extremely impressed, I decided to take a chance with him. I'm really glad I did, because my color rocks and he even threw a style for free. Getting my hair done is also enjoyable, as his personality is adorable.

I own a small business and refer many girls there and always the same reaction how many times they have been else where and how good they are there they cant believe it and that goes for my self as a guy the time taken and the results try it you wont regret it

On our last visit to Encore Salon, my partner and I were delighted to learn that the salon has added a new facialist. Adriane is comfortable and fun, and very professional. We both had the new Encore Express facial, and it was one of the best facials I've ever had at any price. Adriane's presence just makes a great salon even better!

I've been getting my haircut by Toni for 3 years now and I'm extremely satisfied with her result because she pays meticulous attention to detail. I feel this type of cut is conducive to any active sports participant due to low maintenance care.

Encore is THE place to go where you can trust in the stylists to make your hair look dynamic. I have been a client of Karen's for almost ten years and she has the highest commitment to keeping herself and staff educated in the latest techniques in cut and color. They offer superior products that are natural. The whole staff has always been welcoming and entertaining and let's face it, part of going to a salon is to feel pampered when you leave! I have to mention the coffee they offer which comes from her husband's private estate!!!

This hip new salon has a great neighborhood feel. It has a great location; it's comfortable, light and airy and offers a full complement of services, all delivered with friendliness and professionalism. The staff, including Karen (the owner of the business) are all welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. My partner and I drive in from Palm Springs to visit the folks at Encore Salon, and we always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Karen and everybody else at the salon take superb care of their clients, and that's why their customers are also long-term friends.

Karen Dodge has been styling and coloring my hair since 2000. I left for 4 years and when I returned my hair was a mess. It was burned, brassy and felt like straw. After only 6 months, my color is AMAZING, my cut is FABULOUS, and my friends love my new, healthy, and beautifully blonde kissed hair. You can't go wrong with Karen. Thank you - you ROCK Karen!

I have been a long-time satisfied customer of Karen Dodge (owner/stylist), for nearly fifteen years... at her Hairwerx Studio and now at her new salon - Encore.
The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. Karen and the stylists that work in her salon get what cutomer service is all about... YOU! Everyone understands it is about more than just the quality and consistency of the haircut and styling service you get that keeps you coming back... it is about the positive experience, friendliness, and honest relationships that are forged.
I know when I go to Karen she is on time, I am her priority when I am in the chair, and that she listens to what I want each time I come in. I have high expectations...always! And she meets them. Additionally, I feel like a part of a larger family when I am in the salon. It is fun, personal, and professional.
Karen has been in the business for years. She gets what counts and she delivers quality in her service and business relationships. Go to her salon... Encore!

this is a woman who clearly has a passion for healthy , strong and gorgeous hair. the entire salon was very friendly and welcoming. they ALL spoke and greeted me upon my entrance. i can go to toni for ANY kind of hair treatment ; natural ( which is hard to find ), formal, everyday hairstyles, she does it all from natural hair care to cuts to colors & weaves. she knows whats healthy for my hair and what isnt and isnt afraid to tell me so, nevertheless, i always enjoy myself when i visit the salon. it is always a great time with the people there who always seem to keep me smiling, especially toni. i most definetly love the new space, its large and in charge! i love toni and the entire encore studio family !

I got there and I was feeling the vibe. I didn't have to wait long and everyone was so nice. The beautiful young lady who gave me the hair cut did a great job. i don't normally let woman cut my hair... but i think that's going to change now. The young lady Toni, she took her time and gave me the best hair cut ever. To all you guys out there... The girl Toni can cut.

Karen knows how to REALLY listen to what you want. I needed a change in my hair color, just tired of my same ole same ole look. I described to Karen what I didn't like about my hair and she had a great recommendation..... and the results? I Love it....and equally as important my husband loves my new look.
The salon is bright and well appointed, parking is easy and services are well priced. Do yourself a favor -check it out - you won't be sorry.

When Karen left Hairwerx for Studio 7 I hated the parking! That salon was a little dated as well, but her new salon, Encore, is large, has lots of natural light and best of all - Karen! She has several stylists who have been with her before and some new ones as well. My hair looks fabulous every time. I'm like every other woman, VERY particular about my hair color and style. I have never been disappointed and always get compliments after visiting Karen or one of her stylists.
