I heard about this place form a friend and because I was entertaining a bunch of "wine people" (you know the type) I went in and was able to speak with John Passman who is one of the owners. Finally a "Wine Guy " who can talk about wine to a "Non-Wine Guy" He listened to what I was looking for and made a few recommendations on some way I could go and even stayed under my budget. John and the rest of the folks down at Cellar 13 know their stuff and yet aren't pretentious. I have since sent several friends there, some big time wine snobs included, and they all came away impressed with the knowledge, selection and attitude they encountered. I am a fan.
