Not crazy about the grooming dept there anymore. Check-in/out is always chaotic and disorganized, not a lot of customer service skills. We were pleased with Debbie as our groomer, but she has moved and we have used Annette the last few times. Unfortunately, she hasn't been the friendliest person to deal with, and I was hoping for more personal details (like remembering my dogs and their names). I don't feel good bringing my dogs back so I'm shopping for a new place now...

Whoever does the merchandising/stocking needs to be fired. For months every time I need collars, certain foods, medications, it's always out of stock. And lately it's always a mess. Petco, here I come.

This pet store is terrific. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about many different pets and the supplies needed for them. If you ask a question that they don't know, they will find someone who can answer you. The store is clean and the little critters are well fed and taken care of. There are little or no horse/farm supplies in this store, but I have seen them in other Petsmart stores.

Big selection of pet supplies for all kinds of pets. From dogs to cats to birds and reptiles, this Petsmart has a loveable animal just waiting for a home. Puppy school on Saturdays seems quite popular, as I have been in the store many times when it's in session. Staff knowledgable about where items are. Price is a little high sometimes, but with the Pet Perks card, the sales are worth it.
