I have been taking Stacy's Boot Camp for about 4 years now. I planned on taking only one or two sessions when i started but got hooked. Its so good i actually gave up my gym membership and come out to meet my fellow boot campers in all types of weather. I am in better shape today than I was in my 20s, I am 37! Other than physically I have also built up a great group of friends within class and have this self confidence that comes with me into the world. I owe it all to Stacy and her class.

I have been playing sports my whole life and have run 3 marathons but doing Stacy's boot camp has given me the best workout ever - giving me a total body workout that I wasn't getting at the gym or even long distance running. I was in a bit of a workout rut before I started with Stacy, and now 6 months later have been working out consistently and have lost 15 pounds. But more importantly, have found a challenging workout both mentally and physically. Stacy really goes at everyone's level, is great about answering questions and never repeats a workout.

I found Stacy 's boot camp a few years ago through a friend and ever since, I can't get enough of this unique workout. The classes change constantly so you don't get bored yet there is always one constant: you get an AWESOME FULL BODY WORKOUT EVERY TIME: RAIN OR SHINE.
The workouts are really smart and efficient- 1hr 3x a week and your body will change. Trust me. And, while the workout is difficult, Stacy does a great job understanding people are at different fitness levels so she is able to guide the classes even with a variety of levels.

Stacy completely changed my life. I started doing her classes over a year ago and HATED working out. I now crave a good workout! The workouts are always different, always full body and always fun. An hour flies by SO quickly. I lost over 20 pounds and went down 2 sizes!! I can't stress enough how amazing this class is. Give it a try. If you're looking for results, this is the way to get them.

If you are serious about wanting to change your body, Stacy's Boot Camp is the most amazing, fun and challenging way to do it. I have paid for every expensive trainer and gym in the City and Stacy's Boot Camp is by far a superior way to get in shape. This great class with Stacy will push you to your limit and then she understands and motivates you to go even further. It is fun to be outdoors and each workout is different and every class is at another location in the Park--a real challenge that never lets you get bored mentally or physically.
All I can say is THANK YOU to Stacy and her Boot Camp for re-shaping my body, making me strong and fit both physically and mentally and yes, even getting me back into my bikini.
I have been doing Stacy's boot camp classes on and off for years and can't seem to stay away long without missing getting my a** kicked back into shape! It is the best outdoor group training program ever! She pushes you to your limits and beyond...each time I go, my body whips back into shape in no time! She keeps if fun, exciting, intense, and extremely challenging! You pretty much feel like you can do anything after completing each class...great for the body and mind!! Stacy is not only a great instructor but a wonderful person inside and out! I highly recommend this class!

I have been working out with Stacy since 2004 and her exercise regime is extremely addictive and effective. I have not only built a strong relationship with Stacy but with the other boot campers, her class builds strong camaraderie and self-confidence. Stacy's class is diverse, fun and she is always extremely motivational both physically as well as emotionally. Stacy has taught me I can reach beyond what I thought my physical limitations were with an iron fist in a soft glove, she is tough but understands each person's limitations. Stacy is intuitive and understands her students' nutritional and exercise needs; she is always available to answer questions and assist patiently with their questions. I can not say enough about Stacy and her program, I would not go back to a gym after taking her class for almost 5 years; she is not only an amazing trainer but a great motivational leader who keeps her class constantly challenged. I always feel amazing after an evening in the park taking her class; I feel rejuvenated, healthy and a little bit skinnier each day! I have definitely seen a difference in my body and endurance over the course of the last 5 years, all for the positive. I LOVE Stacy's boot camp as well as Stacy herself, she is amazing!

I am 45-year-old New Yorker, married with two young children. I'm short, so when I put on weight, I tend to look like a puffball. I've tried both fancy and not so fancy gyms and I just stopped going out of boredom. In contrast, I have been going to Stacy's Boot Camp for two months- going on three- and it has been exciting and productive. I have already lost weight and put on muscle and my body looks much better overall. It has also given me more strength- and more physical and mental energy. We work out outside in all types of weather and there's all kinds of things to see and do. Being in a group helps motivate you- and Stacy tells you if you aren't doing things right and corrects it. My puffball days are over- but I'm staying with Stacy's boot camp to get down to fighting weight.I highly recommend her program.

finally i have a workout that stays fresh and keeps me motivated. i keep going session after session because i don't want to lose the benefits i've gained. never in a million years did i think i'd be exercising in the park year-round...rain, snow, sun, you name it! i always come home after feeling really proud of myself (and very sore).
yes, at first the bootcamp and stacy were intimidating, that's how all the newcomers feel. but stacy is really smart, supportive, and great at pushing everyone individually. we see the other bootcamps in the park, but they don't seem to accomplish much. stacy has a system and it works, i don't see why i'd ever want to try another bootcamp. besides, i'd miss my bootcamp friends from the class.

I have been attending Stacy's boot camp for the last several years. Stacy changes each class focus as well as the locations within Central Park. She knows what each member of the class is capable of and pushes them to reach their individual goals. Stacy is no-nonsense and the hour flies by. After your first month, you will find it hard to go back to the gym - working outside with others is way more fun. Plus you get to meet some great people.

If you hate the mundane routine of an indoor workout on a stairmaster, jogger, etc or simply need to add some cross training to your routine - there is no better exercise class than Stacy's bootcamp. In addition - the great chemistry of the class, the constantly changing workouts, the creative - yet targeted - routines, the roving locations in central park - make working out an easier thing to do, rain (or snow) or shine!! I joined with the intent of going for 1 or 2 sessions, and 12 sessions later have never missed a class...in addition, no other workout will give you these types of benefits at this level of cost!

I've done Stacy's boot camp for over a year now and I cannot boast enough about the benefits gained from this course. Strength, weight loss, increased energy, several new jeans sizes - all benefits of this class. I've taken this course at several locations and know that the instructors are experienced, knowledgeable and encouraging. It is a relief to be in a boot camp class that is not gimmicky without results. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to see a change in their energy, the way they think about their fitness capability and who of course wants to look better in their jeans.
