Not only does Kevin train me, but I have had the privilege of participating with him in some of his own workouts. He follows the exact same advice and routine that he offers his clients; in other words, he walks it like he talks it, and the results are obvious. Ten minutes is not a gimmick. It's simply the best training system out there for weight loss, 'cardio', and building muscle, from someone with real experience.

I have been training under Kevin for several months now, Originally, i wanted to meet or push past my "age range" imitations, And to be able to perform the daily physical tasks at hand. For the last couple of months, i have not been really paying attention to the change in my body, until the other day. My (big for his age) 9 year old son fell into a deep sleep at a neighbors house and lucky me, i had to carry him home. To my shock i did not feel his weight nor get fatigued! This is a huge Improvement! since i had trouble with him when he was 4 trying to carrying him around Disney land. lol
So anybody that wants to gain strength and energy, for any use! train with Kevin Richardson and push past your current limitations.

Naturally intense is a surprising program, especially in this crazy world where we live. I mean, for me I am always in a rush and I care a lot about my body shape and about what i eat. Eating healthy and looking good are my priorities. How to conciliate my priorities with my busy schedule in this world where the food is not so healthy??? I've found the solution: NATURALLY INTENSE!
10 minute of intense work out (perfect with my schedule)
A personal diet: 100% healthy food
Conclusion: My body looks good, more tone and I feel good in my mind and body, more energetic.

I started training with Kevin three weeks ago, and just like he said I started to see results in my body after only two weeks of intense training. The diet is a bit difficult to do just at the begining but after you see the great result in your body you WILL want to keep up with it. I started training with Kevin Richardson a few months ago and I have to say I was very skeptical at first. I, myself, hold multiple personal training certifications and have years of knowledge and experience under my belt. I was sick of my "normal" routine, and was looking for something hard, effective and healing that provided results. Well, I found it! Yes, it's only 10 minutes (if you make it that long....) but it is the most intense, horrible, 10 minutes of your life and in the end, you will love every second of it and want to go back for more. It's sort of a love /hate situation. During, you want to scream, grunt, and curse. After you feel euphoric, strong, accomplished and you WILL see results, so you will want to go back again and again. I also noticed the pain in my knee has almost diminished since I started this type of training. It is healing too! I highly recommend Kevin, he is highly skilled, smart, fun, caring and an over all, awesome person to be around. :)

I began training with Kevin after some involved surgery on my right wrist and radial bone. After few months of injury induced lethargy, a mid 30's metabolisim waging war on my once respectable midsection, and when the cast finaly came off, a severley atrophied arm, ment he had his work cut out for him. Kevin tailored a reigeme to compensate for, then gradually strengthen and recondition my wrist. My wrist is vastly improved, but still a work in progress. The happy by-product? Eating right thanks to Kevin's dietery advice, lethargy overcome, oh yes, and my arms, shoulders, chest, legs and midsection looking better than before my accident. The wrist won't be far behind. Thanks Kevin.

kevin whipped me into shape for my wedding in less than 4 weeks! he's professional, extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel instantly comfortable. i learned how to eat healthier (much healthier) while still enjoying my food. i couldn't believe that 10 minutes every few days would make such a difference, but combined with healthy eating, it really does. kevin is amazing. i would come home from the gym happy and energized. i loved his attitude and learned so much from him. i owe my sleek wedding physique to him. thanks kevin!!!
