I called them to fix the lock to my apt door because I broke the key while opening. The locksmith guy came in less than 30 mins. Visit: empirecitylocksmith.com Is that fast or what? I had a 4 cylinder rekey job done by Empire City Locksmith NYC
. He was very polite and informative. He replaced several screws around my home with theft resistant longer screws. I was pretty amazed that they even checked for these screws. I guess this was part of the service pack, which I am very thankful for because he made my home safer from someone kicking the door down the first try. Call: 1-212-588-0222 Hadi definitely went above and beyond what was expected. The job was done relatively quick. I was charged what was previously discussed with customer service. I felt pretty safe and secure after the locksmith finished the job. I would definitely recommend Unlock It because of their great customer service and competitive rates. As I am writing this review, I receive a phone call from customer service making sure that I was satisfied with the work done. You cant go wrong with Empire City Locksmith NYC
!!! I will definitely use them again in the future not only because they were the cheapest company I found after calling 5 others, but also because of their willingness to make sure that you are satisfied with their work.
