I tried to get my first new car from Toyota of Orange and chose it since it was close to my home. It was the worst mistake ever! I walked in saying that I had financing through my bank and the jerks still tried to give me their financing (even claiming that I was getting the same rate!). With my bank my payments were going to be about $340 over 5 years, they were trying to give me a $400+ payment over 6 YEARS! These people are pure evil! When I tried to walk they held me hostage and refused to void/rip up my paperwork until I made a scene and when I was given my trade in car back it REEKED of cigarette smoke! One of their incompetent employees decided to take a smoke break inside my vehicle when I hadn't even signed it over to their dealership yet. This is THE WORST place ever! I advise going elsewhere. I have had many friends who have also had extremely poor experiences here. DO NOT TAKE OR BUY YOUR CAR HERE!

although i did not get my car here, i do have a toyota and i usually take it here for maintenance. they usually do a good job. however, i kinda question if everything they do is always necessary due to a recent experience i had. my car's check engine light came on and i took it here to see what was wrong. they told me i needed to get a new transmission and it would be thousands of dollars. this is after i already had to pay $180 to check what it was. well i am a college student and i dont have that kind of money to spend on a car that is worth only slightly more than that. one of my dad's clients looked at the car for me and fixed it WITHOUT putting in a new transmission or charging me anything. im sure these guys would have done a great job installing a new transmission, but who cares if it isnt even really needed.
