I had a wonderful gelish pedicure just before Christmas at the Borgata location! Shannon did a terrific job with helping me match a red glitter with a red color to really help the color pop. I love it and nearly 2 weeks later, it still looks perfect! The atmosphere was relaxing yet we had a great time laughing with a few other clients. I always love coming to get my pedicures knowing that I can relax and leave with pampered toes! Thanks Shannon!

I went to Dolce for the first time on October 19th. I saw Autumn at the Borgota. She did a fabulous job on my cut, color and highlights. I will definitely be returning. The entire salon is amazing...from the decor to the sinks. Thank you Dolce!

I've been coming to Dolce, at The Borgata, for my waxing, facials, microdermabrasion, and am having my first dermaplaning session next weekend - all with Jade - for 2+ years now. She always provides stellar skincare service! So much so that I now buy all of my skincare products from Dolce (in addition to my hair care products). I've enjoyed all of the products (PCA, Jan Marini, Clarisonic...) that Jade has recommended and truly appreciate her expertise and concern for my skin. I give Jade 5 stars!

I haven't enjoyed my 2 manicures or 1 pedicure at Dolce so I strictly go for skincare now. I would have given Dolce 5 stars if I liked the mani/pedi service more.

Ok so this pedicure begins with a warm gooey cocoa dip. It is then followed by a gentle scrub with the best smelling Mocha Body Polish. ( if I could have had a Starbucks drinkin my hand would have been heaven) Then ground coffee beans and chocolate which totally refreshed and energized my body. Ok so hold on after this I got A moist Chocolate Souffle Masque applied to each foot then they covered my feet witjh warm towels. As if that were not enough the treatment is finished with a soothing foot and lower leg massage using Dolce Chocolate Almond Body Butter. Talk about a truly truly sweet treat for your oh so beat up tootsies?

Hi! I couldn't wait to come home and give lots and lots of praise to the Dolce staff I worked with today. I was so excited to use my Groupon that my friend had given me for my birthday. It all started a few days ago when I booked my services and received wonderful treatment over the phone. I arrived today, greeted warmly, for my spray tan. After my spray tan I had a cut/style by Ashley Kaiser and a scalp massage by her assistant. My massage was fantastic and he did a wonderful job and had me completely relaxed! I always LOVE my time with Ashley. Not only is she extremely professional, she is also so fun and easy to talk to. I love my new cut, it looks fantastic!
I booked my BBO on my way out and can't wait to go visit the Borgata/Dolce again!

I dont remember the year I started coming to Dolce Salon but i know it was
when it first opened it's location in Chandler

For years I came to get my hair with Autumn and she was fantastic, she
always does exactly what you need done plus i did enjoy coming with her
since she was always friendly to talk to .

When Autumn moved to the new location in Scottsdale I didn't proceed to
follow her and by not doing that I have had alot of years with bad hair
stories!

Recently on Thursday January 20th 2011 I found my way back to Autumn at
the Borgata location I haven't had my hair done with her since 2006! I was
also pleased to know that Dolce still keeps your color cards for all these
years, So all and all I bit the bullet to take the further drive and
higher cost to try and fix the mess that my hair was.

I left that day feeling so much better about my hair and will never
venture away from the Dolce Salon as long as Autumn is around!

I would also like to mention that she had two great assistants with her
that day , I cannot remember the girls name but the guy was Beau, he
washed and styled my hair for me and did an awesome job!

Today I visited your Scottsdale, Borgata location for the first time after
a referral from a friend. My first impression of the Spa was how amazing
the decor was and how clean everything was kept. I was greeted by Laurie who
I was told was going to be doing my highlights. Laurie was professional and
very friendly. She was gentle with my hair and when I was done I was
SHOCKED at what a great job she did. She continued to ask me if I wanted a
beverage, magazines and gave me lots of information about the various
services
that were offered by the spa. I really enjoyed every minute of my time at
your spa and I have already booked an appointment for Tuesday the 13 of
December to come try out a treatment. I look forward to continue coming
to your
spa and referring many of my friends.

My husband thought he would treat me to a haircut and color at the spa. Unfortunately it was the worst haircut I ever had. First of all, I had to wait over 20 minutes due to a large wedding party in front of me. Then I felt rushed because as the stylist said she was "way behind schedule". The color came out fine but she finished up with a 5 minute haircut. The next day I realized that she had hidden some terribly chopped up bangs in her styling job; nothing blended and I could see strange lengths that didn't matched up anywhere! I went back to have her fix it but she just made excuses that "it was supposed to be that way." I will never go back.

I am not normally one who raves about places. Or even gives advice unless I really mean it. But I just have never had any complaints about this place, so I have to weigh in. It's a truly great salon. I get my hair cut and sometimes highlighted by Ambre. She is cool, always so great to talk to, and does a lovely job of translating whatever I am describing into "hair" language. The place is clean, keeps a tight schedule, and yet are flexible and not rude if I am ever running late or have to re-schedule an appointment. I truly, truly, feel at home at this salon. If you are looking for a new place, give it a shot.

This is my first feedback. I visited the salon on 11/4/10 for wax and
haircut. I
was really nervous about my haircut because it was someone I haven't had
before
and I didn't know what to expect. Celia was really nice and helpful. She
educated me the whole time and very instructutional with helping me
acheive the
salon look at home. The customer service from her assistant and the girls
at the
front desk was outstanding as well. I really felt like royalty the whole
time.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. My questions were welcomed and
answered
very quickly. I can't wait to go back for more services.

I would like to tell you how wonderful each of my experiences have been with Dolce at Borgota. From the moment I walk in the door to the moment I leave I am treated like royalty. The facility is always kept neat and tidy and the front desk staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I have had a few facials with Yvette.AHHMAZING! She has you and your service as her number one priority. Her treatments make my skin look and feel like it never has before. After having my daughter in March, my hormones made my face go haywire, but Yvette has helped me tame the wild beast. I am very grateful.
I have also been enjoying the gel manicures with Laura. She is a perfectionist and every time I leave there I am extremely pleased with the work she has done on my nails, and I am very very picky about my nails.

I look forward to many more visits to Dolce.

I heard great things about Dolce from a co-worker and decided to check
them out on Facebook. Happy Days!!! I am now hooked up! The day I
found them was a hunnie sale day and I ran over to purchase a couple
hundred dollars worth of them after seeing what all I wanted to do
before a big vacation.The girls at Chandler were so helpful in helping
me understand about hunnies,hook ups etc. I got a great 1st
impression. I booked a combo massage w/ hot coconut oil scalp massage
add on{HEAVEN},then a spa pedicure at the Borgata location. I used my
hunnies and got a great deal! The professionalism,comfort,fun,and the
beautiful environment were the best.It was almost overwhelming once I
walked in to see all the great accessories,jewelry,shoes,cosmetics.
This is a girlie paradise!! I wish I had had time to take advantage of
the make-up touchup or hair care freebies after my massage. I just got
back from a cabin in the woods of Canada{so sorry it took me a while
to send the feed back} for 3 weeks and I couldn't stop thinking about
what I was going to book when I got home. I'm so excited another great
hunnie sale and it's spa week!!!! I'm going in tomorrow for massage
and facial. Thanks for all your great offers on facebook. You are

I have never visited Dolce before, being a pretty loyal follower to my
previous massage people, but after seeing the amazing deal on Groupon and reading all of the comments on Facebook, I decided I would take a leap of faith and buy a bunch of them. Adding even more pressure to the multiple Groupon purchase was the fact I decided my first visit would be for a 90-min massage in the couple's room with my significant other for my birthday weekend. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist I knew we would be well taken care of. Once in the room, Kasey (sp?) asked a lot of poignant questions about my health and past experience with massage, and then proceeded to explain what I could expect from my treatment. She was able to strike the perfect balance between helping me relax but working out those kinks (and as a very active woman, there is ALWAYS something sore or tight on me!). Her use of BioFreeze on
my recently recovered calf muscle and shoulder muscles made a huge difference, and when the service was done I was relaxed and genuinely like it was a treatment and not just a massage. I never once questioned whether I was in good hands, and I am happy to say Kasey proved my confidence to be 100% correct. I cannot wait to visit her again, try out other services and hopefully score some of these amazing FB deals that I read so much about!!

I was first introduced to the world of Dolce through the Arizona Spa Girls event on July 2nd....and ever since I'm hooked! I used to be a casual spa girl - going a few times a year (at best) and maybe a mani-pedi in between here and there. But, your company and attitude have totally changed the way
I view spa services. While it's certainly still a luxury, it's not so much as an extravagence but a well-deserved treat. Due to all of your fabulous promotions, I can still enjoy the benefits of treating my skin and myself well, while not breaking the bank. Plus, when I found out you carry and utilize the skin care line I've been hooked on for a year+ (Eminence), well this girl was a goner :). Your facility in Scottsdale was a fabulous, girly
haven and I look forward to the next appointment!

I went to the Borgata for a Combination massage and

then Reflexology with Gia and then continued on to a Hot Stone Manicure with Erin. I was very impressed with Gia's professionalism as she worked

with me to provide a very comfortable massage. She made sure that my hot stones were the correct temperature, she made adjustments to the table as

needed and went out of her way to make sure that my experience was the best that it possibly could be!

Oh, and I went to Gia based on the ten minute mini massages I received from her during the Spa Girl's Party! Loved it!

The entire time I felt pampered and like I was very important! I cannot say how much I enjoy this experience! I would recommend Gia to anyone

looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience.

I then continued on with Erin for a Hot Stone Manicure. The arm and hand massage and stone treatment I received with her was excellent as well! I came out of the entire visit pretty much a noodle! (And that's a good

thing!) I suffer from a lot of stress and arthritis and by the time I got done with everything I was feeling no tension at all!

The check in and check out was handled very well also so I would rate this experience with Dolce Borgata 10 out of 10 stars! Thanks for making me feel so GOOD!

I had an appointment with Katie on May 25th 2010 for partial highlights. I
am so incredibly happy with the results! I stressed to her that I like my
highlights very blonde and sometimes people have trouble gettting my hair
that light and it turns brassy. Katie did such a great job! My appointment
was at 9 am, I was out of there by 11:20am and literally recieved 3
compliments yesterday! Katie and I talked about adding in some low lights to
add dimension and help with regrowth. I am again so happy with the way the
low lights came out! When I first booked, I was honestly looking for a good
price seeing that frequent highlights add up and being blonde gets
expensive! Although Katie is a level 1, I am beyond impressed! I've been
blonde, getting highlights for 10 years and I'm thrilled. She was so
friendly and I had a terrific experience. Thank you!

Was as Amazing as the Arrowhead Location! I Went Last Week to Get My Hair
Done with Harley! Amazing! I Have Really Thick and Long Hair... and I
Always Get the Same Comments When I Get My Hair Done " Wow Ive Never Seen
Hair this Thick or Long..Or this One Is Gonna Be a Tough One" -- or They Go
On and on about How Many Extra Bowls of Color its Gonna Take to Do My Hair -
Etc.. It Gets Very Annoying. This Is the First Time I Have Ever Got My Hair
Done and Was Not Made to Feel Uncomfortable and Anxious. I Was Very Relaxed
And Totally Trusted the Stylist. I Was Not Really Even Sure What I Wanted
To Do..but Harley Really Helped Take My Sort of Random Thoughts on My Hair
And Give Me Exactly What I Wanted Without Even Having to Express It. The
Next Day at Work Everyone Was in Shock. One Girl Even Booked an Appointment

First of all I want to commend Dolce on how great the deals they offer their clients. I am getting married in 8 months and I wanted to get on a skincare regime to help with some blemishes. I met with Jade and she did a customized facial for me with an add-in that is supposed to help with congestion on my face. I had the facial done on February 9, 2010 and today (2/11/10) my face feels and looks wonderful. Of course I bought some discounted products to go with my discounted services to keep up with my skin care. I love that I was able to get such great products, a great facial, and GREAT customer service all in one. While I was there I also met with Colleen, bridal consultant, and she was a peach too! I absolutely loved the customer service I received at Dolce and can't wait to go back!

Oh, regularly I don't think I would be able to afford the services, but they have daily specials and secret menus for clients to use. It is a great business plan and I love it!

I always enjoy my visits there, in particular my time with Celia and April. Both do an outstanding job, respectively. Although I'm loyal to both ladies, I'm confident that if I had to, you would have the caliber of people and professionalism that I have become used to. I also appreicate the ongoing specials you have, as well as how you communicate the via your Web site. Your salon is fantastic, and I'm very pleased you've opened near my home at the Borgata. I schedule my bi-monthly massages with April. By the time I leave, I'm completely relaxed and nearly knot-free. She also does something terrific to the muscles in your neck - and since mine is always stiff, this is the main reason I come to April. She's a wonderful masseaus and I won't go to anyone else.

I have been going to Dolce Salon and Spa at the Borgata location for about 6 months now. I have had nothing but amazing things to say about the fabulous salon. I personally have been going to Stephanie, she is incredible and i love what she does with my hair. She definitely seems like she knows and loves what she's doing. I always receive compliments about the color of my hair. The atmosphere and staff is very professional and accommodating. I have been extremely satisfied with the salon and i will continue to go back for my hair color.

Let me tell you about my latest journey to Dolce Salon and Day Spa at the Borgata with Jade, Laura and Britney! First of all my painless Brazilin with Jade was the best ever. Most of the time I am screaming in the salon but this was the easiest and the longest lasting ever. It can be a little embarrassing having this procedure done. Not at Dolce, the team and Jade are incredibly professional.

Laura is now the highest-ranking nail girl at Dolce and she deserves it. My nails are perfect and simple. Clear gel and professional for my lifestyle. I never have to worry. I look great with shorts, a suit or a gown. She is also the best therapist in town no need to pay the big bucks. An hour with her and all your problems are solved.

Britney does my pedicures and this last time she talked me into sparkle gel toes in a silver diamond color. A little wild for me but I love it. Britney takes me away from any stress. She has the warmest personality and always makes me laugh. She is a truly kind individual with a warm heart. A great break in the work week.

Gloria is the best aesthetician you will ever meet. She cares about your skin, and how you are treating yourself. She makes sure it is as important to you as it is to her. She is so professional. Gloria will work with you to make sure you are getting the kind of care and service you want. I have not tried a massage a here but I would love to. It's so relaxing and refreshing.

My mom had a gift card which had a credit left on it, she had such a nice experience she gave me the card to use the balance. I only had time for a mini pedicure before a trip out of town and Im glad I chose dolce, it was a very pleasant and relaxing service, I vow to go back! (May 2009)
Then....before heading out of town again in Sept, I wanted a quick pampering session. My husband already had an appointment for a haircut, so I thought Id meet him there for a brow wax and spray tan. The customer service on the phone before I even arrived made me remember why I wanted to go back to dolce, they are professional and courteous from beginning to end, and with all of the services they provide, my husband and I can get it all done in one place!

I saw Heather for a massage and she was amazing. Only my second time with her but she is by far the best. She is really gifted and can work wonders on you. On top of how fantastic her work is she is also so sweet. If you need a massage, Heather is the one to see, especially if you have special needs. This girl is that good.

I swear by Dolce for all my salon and spa needs and as usual they delivered. The entire staff is so nice and polite. You really feel welcome there, not intimidated like most other upscale salon/spas.

Best part of checking out was finding out all merchandise was 35% off! too good to pass up, I had to get some necessities and some not so necessary but fun :)

Dolce definitely offers everything you need.

I have lived in San Fran and DC and thought I had the best until Dolce at the Borgotta...no one knows blonde or color like Autumn. If you want a great style you want Celia for sure!!! Best salon I have been to in the country, much less a city!

I had my last haircut with Celia at Dolce Salon at The Borgata. As always she did a fabulous job, was incredibly friendly and knows what she is doing!! I'd definately recommend going to see her, and just the salon in general because they treat you the way you deserve to be treated!!

My first visit to Dolce Salon in Scottsdale was June 23rd. What a TREAT !!! I have very sensitive skin and I have searched and searched the valley for an esthetician that would have the knowledge and the capability to help with my sensitive skin situation. My search has ended. My facial was with Allie and it was the best facial I have ever had. (I typically get a facial about every 60 days) The staff was very accommodating when I called to schedule the appointment and was more than pleasant when I arrived for my appointment. It was just a great experience all the way around. I have since schedule more appointments for more services.

Went to Dolce Salon and Spa for the first time this past weekend. We had passed by it many times and finally decided to try it. First off, the salon is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. Everyone greeted us all day long and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The services were incredible. We had a facial, pedicure and massage. The facial was excellent, the pedicure was great. The massage was totally and completely the best massage I have ever had (and I have had a ton of them). I had the combination massage which combined massagae, reflexology and hot/cold stones. It was the most relaxing 60 minutes I have had in a long long time. LOVED IT! Will be back again soon!

Our friend told us about Dolce, so my partner and I decided to try it out. We went for a spa day since they have amazing deals. We were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk then lead to their "relaxation room", which was modern/trendy, yet peaceful. We both had the best facials and massages ever. I highly recommend their combo massage (with hot stones)...very relaxing!

In between services, we were fed some amazing dessert...talk about sweet deal. Throughout our four hours there, the staff always made sure we had water/lemonade/iced tea. Again, everyone was friendly and personable with us.

We both will be going back to use Dolce's services (facials, microderm, massages, haircuts, mani/pedi, etc).

I have been a long time fan of Dolce Salon & Spa. Having grown up in Scottsdale I have enjoyed many of the local salons throughout the years. Dolce is all about customer service something that is hard to find in the salon and spa industry today. They have truly captured the market. The Chandler location is exceptional.

The Scottsdale location at The Borgata is beautiful. The hair stations are upstairs so why your enjoying your nail services downstairs you never hear a blow dryer, which is peaceful. Reservations are taken through the Dolce call center so when you arrive and checkout the staff is all about you.

I had a great pedicure with Eve at the Scottsdale location this past Friday. Fantastic! Give them a shot! You will be very happy.

I went to the spa for the first time on a gift card for a combo massage and mini-pedi. The mini-pedi by Eve was the BEST! 3 week later.....no chipping yet! I'll be back to get a full pedicure and manicure for my wedding this fall. AND I'll be asking for Eve.

I had my second visit to Dolce Salon and Spa on July 7th. I made an appointment to try their spray tan product, the VersaSpa. I have tried this product in a couple other salons, but my results were never as good as at Dolce. Firstly, it is a beautiful environment with cool music and a very calming setting. The rooms that house the VersaSpas are super-clean and very well equipped. They are also quite spacious and have every little thing you would need for your appointment (towels of various sizes, lotion, hair ties, wipes). The VersaSpa machines appear to be the latest models that literally talk you through the process. You can set the tan darkness at whatever level is best for you. I came out of there with the smoothest, most even spray tan I have ever experienced. They had a great deal going on packages, so I had to buy one. I go once a week now and never lose my golden glow!

So, I recently returned to Dolce to have Stephanie color my hair. She did an amazing job! I am naturally dark brown and have had no color for several years. Stephanie did several different shades in reds and blondes. I was a little apprehensive, as I've never thought I looked good blonde. But, no need for concern, the colors added are perfect! I've received loads of compliments, including, "this is how your hair should look, forever!" Another fantastic experience at Dolce.

My experience with Dolce Salon and Spa at the Scottsdale Borgata was incredible. Before booking my first appointment I asked the receptionist for her recommendation for a stylist known for long/layered looks and was referred to a stylist that gave me exactly what I was looking for. I have never had a better cut and my stylist gave me the best blow-out of my life! The overall ambiance at Dolce Salon and Spa is relaxing, luxurious, and fun. From the moment I walked through the salon doors I was greeted with friendly faces and definitely received first class treatment through the entirety of my visit. Although the stylist will recommend products for you, they are left in a "bucket" at check-out and you are never pressured to purchase anything. I will be back to the Dolce Salon & Spa at the Borgata for years and styles to come!

I am very particular about my hair, my friends say it's a "VIRGO" thing! When I first moved here from Chicago, I was struggling trying to find a salon in the West Valley that could give me the service and the style I was used to at my favorite Michigan Ave. salon. I was so happy to find DOLCE! I was DOUBLE THRILLED when they moved to Arrowhead! Each stylist is skilled, friendly, and the products they use are a AWESOME! The salon is fun yet professional, gives you an exclusive feeling, and the staff is beyond friendly! I've had pedicures, Valentines Day couple massages, highlights (real platinum is hard to find!) great cuts, facials, waxing, nails, I think next I'm looking into the lipo disolve! They always seem to fit me in, although I can make appointments online anytime.

Everyone has always been real friendly to me over the phone and at the spa.I use Celia for my hair and Laura for my nails. Both are great and super knowledgeable at hair/nail care. I pick their brain as much as possible, because I'm always trying to learn more about beauty health care and they are just great for that. There are a lot of great shops, restaurants, and a Trader Joes around this Dolce Spa, so no one gets bored while they are waiting on your spa care. :)
