I just had the most fantastic experience here. She squeezed me in, I brought my 3 year old son and we both left more relaxed than when we came in.

She has such a calming way about her. She listened to what I wanted with my eyebrows and I left with a little swank in my step!

I've had facials at luxury spas and none of them were as refreshing as the facial I received a Sugar and Swank. I left feeling very relaxed and my skin felt fabulous. I highly recommend Sugar and Swank!

Jennifer is able to relate to my teens and help them with breakouts, waxing and make up. My kids trust her and so do I. She taught them how to care for their skin and how to apply make up so it looks natural. Her location is convenient and I am so thrilled that we found someone who we all can go to.

Jennifer you made my daughters day, week, month and year when piercing her ears. You were so great with her and I was completely shocked that she didn?t get nervous or upset. I say it has to do with you completely. You were amazing even while being filmed. I am so impressed. She is so happy - thank you for making that experience wonderful for both of us.

Jennifer does a fabulous job getting to know your skin and taking the time to give the right facial for you personally. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful without all the hubbub of a large spa. I am looking forward to going back for some custom foundation that she sampled on my skin today. I will definitely return!

This treat was a long ways from the days when my grandmother used to give me a nickel every time I would wash my hands with Ivory soap (for the record Jennifer has banned me from any soap on my face).

I felt pampered and in expert hands. It was a relaxing hour that seemed to fly by. Looking forward to doing it again soon!

I recently had a facial and last tint with Jennifer, both of which I LOVED!! The whole experience was very relaxing and Jennifer tailored the facial to my skins sensitive needs at the time. I had never done a lash tint either and it was really great to see the results. I even became a convert to her DermaWare products! Overall very wonderful experience.

I used Sugar and Swank cosmetics exclusively, for about 3 years, when I lived in Seattle. Jennifer's expertise in mixing colors and suggesting new looks, is incomparable. My skin tone changes throughout the year, so what a treat to have custom blended minerals to match my current tones! No waste....how can you beat that?!

I would highly recommend Jennifer, and any of her Sugar and Swank products, confidently to anyone!

I really want to give Jennifer 20 stars but that is not possible and... she already has so many 5 stars, I didn't want anyone to think this review was solicited. If you do just one thing for yourself this week, call Jennifer and schedule a facial. Jennifer is beyond fabulous at what she does and you'll walk out of the spa feeling like a new person. Her prices are very reasonable and not only does she know about skincare, she stays up-to-date on the latest products and techniques. I can honestly say that Jennifer has made my face feel (and look!) ten years younger in this past month. Thank you Jennifer!

I have been getting my makeup custom blended by Jennifer for years, and I will never go anywhere else. I am an Aesthetician myself and I am extremely selective about what I put on my skin. I have always had a hard time finding a makeup to match my skin tone because of my ethnicity, but Jennifer nails it everytime. Not only is the color beautiful, but it has added anti-oxidants that protect my skin from free radical damage! She does an amazing job and I highly recommend her.

Jennifer from Sugar and Swank is a bit of a drive from me but we have mutual friends and I really wanted to meet her and try her services. I'm so glad I made the drive to Mercer Island to experience her fantastic customized facial and soak up all of the knowledge that she to passionately shared with me about how to correct my skin. This was just a few days ago so I'm excited to see results from the new products I purchased but I can tell you, I'll be back! I'm now in brow therapy with Jennifer so I can't wait for her to help me create some beautiful brows.

5 girlfriends and I went for a Birthday Spa day and had the best time. We all received facials and Jennifer did a great job helping us each pick out the products that best fit our facial needs and mixed up mineral based makeup for us that really enhanced our complexions. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back.

I took my 6-year old daughter and her twin sister to Sugar and Swank to get ears pierced. What an experience. Thank goodness Jennifer is so nice. I have no idea how she managed to pierce the second ear and get it straight, but she did! It's a wonderful atmosphere and I can't wait to go back for a facial. Also, they do custom mineral make-up. I currently use Bare Minerals and have a bit of trouble with color matching so I'm considering trying a custom blend from her. I like the personal touch this place has. Jennifer gave my little girl a gift bag with all the little doo-dads that make kids happy. Very cool.

When I got my first facial from Jennifer I was amazed at how gentle she was with her touch even doing extractions she was very in touch with me and making sure I was ok.

Her products are wonderful, I love the DermAware line very gentle yet very effective in what its supposed to do. I would highly recommend Jennifer to any of my friends, especially when you want results!

She has given my whole family facials that are always unique to each person own skin type and the way there skin is behaving the day you see her. She not only makes it relaxing in a spa like atmosphere but she really is able to treat your skin to what it needs. She knows skin!!

I had always had my facials done at Gene Juarez but when they stopped using the DermAware line, I began my search for a local spa that had the product line. I needed the Screenplay ASAP as I was almost out and Jennifer was nothing but accommodating, even calling me from her vacation. After picking up the jar of magic, I made an appointment for a facial. Jennifer is not only skilled at what she does, the space is quaint and warm and very relaxing. I couldn't recommend her more if you are looking for a thorough, fairly priced facial using the best products with someone who is friendly while making it a priority that you rest and relax while you are in her presence.

I was looking for a last minute appointment on the eastside for my birthday that just happened to be at the height of prom season. I found Sugar and Swank via the internet and sent an email asap. I received a response within a couple of hours and was told that it wouldnt be a problem. When I arrived at her location she was sweet and inviting. She did exactly what I asked for. I have since seen her several times for eye lash dying, waxing and purchasing of makeup. I love the powder she sells. I will never go back to MAC for my makeup needs. Jennifer is very responsive and I can always expect to get an email or text back from her within a few hours.

I highly reccomend her for all your beauty needs.

I wanted a skin care product line that was not too complicated, not too expensive and really good for my skin. Dermaware has great products! Jennifer at Sugar and Swank was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and showed me the items that I really needed. She wasn't just trying to sell me product that I didn't need. I really appreciated that!
