I found JR Language on Internet looking for places to provide speed service. First we had a few set backs, I send the email for a quote and they didn't response, then I called, get the quote, send document and they didn't again called me back. For the good part, they make it up to me speeding my translation to the same day I call them and have it mail it the next day. They DO know how to take care of business and provide an excellent customer service!

I used JR services to translate Spanish and English documents into Portuguese. Not only they answer my service request as quick as in 3 hours on a Sunday but they also stayed in touch allowing me to provide feedback in every step to ensure that their work would meet my expectations.The documents were ready rather sooner than expected and were sent back to me in less than three days.I was surprised of these results for such low cost. I have had documents translated before and I can say that JR translation rates are far more convenient than any other similar translation service.I strongly recommend JR translations for their remarkable costumer service assistance and outstanding quality service.

We had my husband's Italian birth certificate translated into English by JR for immigration purposes. They were very fast. As soon as I asked for a quote, I received an email and a phone call. After I faxed them a copy of the birth certificate, I received a phone call notifying me that they had received it and would send me an email with a secure link for payment. By the next day, the translation was sent to us for review. They had said that it would take up to 3 days, so I was surprised that it was ready in only 1. The translation was perfect. We selected standard shipping and it arrived within two or three days. They did a great job, had fantastic customer service, and the job was done at a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

I've contacted JR Language Service to translate from Portuguese to English my college diploma and transcript. I chose this company because they offered a fast service. Another great thing was that I could send all my documents via email and less than 24 hours later I was reviewing the draft they had sent to me.

I asked them to translate from Japanese to English. I found JR language translation service, Inc. on line and read a few reviews of people who used their service, and they all said they were very good service. So, I decided to use it. Good points: They were fast to give me a free quote and to send me emails. They were professional and responsible. Overall, I am glad that I used their service because their job was fast.Bad points: They sent me a draft before they mailed to me, but I found a few mistakes they did that were really easy translation, that made me wondered if the translator was native Japanese, because they said on line that they have native translator. And second time when I told them the incorrect parts to revise it, they never replied an email me back about that, so I was worried, but I found out they just forgot to send me an email after I sent them email again, and I felt that their customer service was not very professional.... Also, I needed the translation service for immigration purpose.It was just one page, and I paid 96 dollars, and it was pricey to me. Later, I found out that Japanese embassy can do the service a lot cheaper, and I also found there is private local language institute can do the same service for cheap price. But, I was in a little bit hurry, so if people who are in a hurry to get certified translation service for immigration, I think JR language service is good to used it, but if you have time and want to save money, I will recommend to talk to your own country's embassy first what options are.But, overall, their service were good and fast. I am satisfied.

JR Language Translation Services helped me translate and certify my Bachelor's Degree from Chinese to English. They are professional, very nice and patient over the phone and through email. The service is fast and satisfying. It is a good deal compared to other translation agencies who would charge you $135 or so just for one page. I would recommend them to my friends definitely.

Very affordable. Quick turnaround. And above all great customer service. Professionals worked with me in getting 4 difficult legal documents from Venezuela translated and even brought to light a typo that could've delayed Visa process had it not been caught this early.

I had my German Diploma translated by JR with a rush service. You pay a bit more, but you have your business done nicely and even be able to check the draft before they complete the translation. They reach translators quickly.

They also took the time to understand my unique situation and assured me they could meet my needs (I had never used a translation service before and was leery because they were not local.). JR Language Translation Services are simply the best. I have been working to get my Italian Citizenship for about one year now and just before my interview with the consulate, I needed a document translated very quickly. I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to get the document that I needed in time since I was in Boston and they were in Philadelphia. But working with Sergio and his team, allowed me to not only get the paperwork that I needed before my interview, but helped me get my citizenship that very day! I would recommend JR Translation services to anyone who is in need of a speedy and reliable certified translation. In my case I needed an immediate (next day) translation for a residency appointment with the French consulate. As soon as I called their 1-800 number they treated me as a priority and offered me a PDF certified translation that I could print and have ready for my appointment. Thanks to them, everything went well with my meeting and I was able to have all my papers in timely manner. Thank you again!

They answered numerous e-mails when I they weren' t even sure I was gonna do business with them. Very friendly and professional. I had my answers within hours of e-mailing them. Got a draft of my translated document in less than a day after payment (rush service) e-mailed back to me for me to review. All in all I felt very good taken care of.

I needed to translate my birth certificate. I didn't know where to go until I found JR Language. It was a very easy and convenient experience. I sent a letter to JR Language requesting a quote. They answered me right away. Within a week I have the originals documents at my door. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I needed a German birth certificate translated. After a quick call, I sent in the document around 1500 and it was done, emailed to me, and out to FEDEX by 1700! Of course, there is a premium fee for all this, but it is worth it.

Unfortunately I wasn't paying that much attention in high school so I didn't really learn any other language apart from saying yo me llamo maggie...well...I guess that's what most of us did anyway so I shouldn't feel guilty... Thank god there are companies like JR Language Translation Services that can provide me with fast and accurate translation services. Specially in my line of work it is very important to have a proper and fast translation. I'll definitely contact them again in the future!!

We needed some instructional manuals and a welcome brochure translated into French for an office in Montreal. JR did the job in a week, from first contact and estimate to completion, and did a superb job. Not only were the translations accurate, but they maintained the specialized formatting of the instructional manuals. We will unhesitatingly use JR Language Translation Services when we have a similar need for Spanish and Portuguese documents in a few months. They are highly recommended!

We run a restaurant which occasionally sees Japanese visitors and needed some marketing material translated into Japanese. The first document they translated for us was a very good literal translation. We then requested a second document done in a less literal fashion and the results were very, very good.

And I decided to give them a try. I got a quick service. They accommodated my remarks and corrections. I liked them and going to use again.

I submitted my marriage certificate for translation (from Spanish) into English, as soon as I submitted my document, they quicky and courteously responded with questions and instructions, after one email they submitted a draft for me to review (the draft was perfectly translated), I submitted payment via paypal, and 3 days later I had the document in my hands, I had nothing but a good experience with them, Sergio Ruffolo is a very professional individual.

JR Language did everything according to what their website promised. Their customer service was excellent, as was the quality of their work. They were prompt, and very easy to contact - not a lot of machines or operators to work with. Every time I would call I would get a person talking to me on the phone who knew what they were talking about. I would definitely recommend JR Language for any translation services. If I need another certified translation, I know I will contact them.
