My friend took me to this place and Ive loved it since then! I am straight myself but have several gay friends. I totally disagree with the review below that says being a gaybar is a con. That is ridiculous. Anyway, the place is nice, cozy, comfortable, staff is friendly, Jim the guard is super cool lol and the drinks are good and totally inexpensive. A+++

just one......so last week I went to this great place that has the best chicken wings in town and surprisingly most of the staff are about as smart as their shorts are high and chests are big, but the atmosphere makes up for the obvious let downs......but hey what else would you expect from a place which markets the bra size of its waiters and calls itself HOOTERZ. Too bad its a STRAIGHT BAR!!!

That's the best part about this place - great vibe, good drinks, awesome eye candy. Highly Recommend to anyone - all are welcome but check the "too bad it's gay" attitude at the door - puh-leez!

Kept seeing this little hole cuz it's next to one of my fave secret lunch spots. It's got a chandelier and red vinyl padded walls. Finally got curiuos about it and brought a bunch of co-workers with me to check it out for happy hour. Started ordering drinks, which were rediculously cheap too, and then began to notice that all the other patrons were men. Ofcourse, the other patrons were polite and extremely well dressed, but we couldn't help feeling a bit out-numbered. It's a shame, cuz I think it's the coolest bar I have been to in OC.

Pros: classic ambience, good music, cheap drinks

Cons: it is a gay bar but I still felt welcomed.
