I called on Saturday due to a dash light on and I had an appt by Monday evening after work which is fantastic. Ashley was so great and I was in and out of the service department awesome waiting area in no time at all. All the staff I encountered from check in, to borrowing a pencil from the check in staff and checking out with the cashiers were so friendly. I plan on making Landmark my new service home for both my Ford vehicles. Thank you for your exceptional service!

I needed a rather expensive repair and Mr. Vaughn did his best to determine if it could be covered by any type warranty and determined that nothing was available. He was kind and tried to give me the news as gently as possible.

5My front passenger side window fell into the door panel. They fixed it. The great thing is He (Brown Team) asked me about my warranty which is the first time anyone has asked me about it). I hope I didn't overpay previously for anything (I don't think I did) but really - it is superior customer service that he asked. When we go in for repairs, we are nervous about the cost and the inconvenience of being without our car - but this reassured me. You should ask if we have a warranty (as we forget!) each time we get our car serviced for a repair.

50 minutes for an oil change seemed a bit long with an appointment, but will probably come back again.

5nks to Julian. Only wish he had done so the visit earlier in the week. We stopped in for them to look at a tire that had developed a slow leak. The notification light came on. So a man took the car into the service bays and came out about a half an hour later and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire. they filled the problem tire and we left. two days later the light came back on and that was when we stopped by again, this time the receptionist sent us to Julian. He took the car and got it taken care of. There was a chunk of metal in the problem tire. Which the previous technician couldn't see. Actually never looked for ,it was obvious. We bought the tire from Landmark and thought we would check in case it was a flaw. Luckily Julian knows how to inspect cars and take care of customers, after almost two years of him taking great care of us , since our initial visit didn't go well with someone else , you almost lost us with that visit. Thank you Julian Pyle, you are the best.

Brought my 2014 Escape in for service. I also needed to use the "work room" for some personal business and was grateful to have a quite, and private area where I could discuss matters with a different company on the phone.
4Car was picked up for service. Everything was perfect! On time. Nice rental. My car looked great upon return.
5Only on comment. When truck was done and received keys from cashier, she said truck was out front door, (there was plenty of space). It was actually parked in the area I thought was only for incoming scheduled vehicles, thus it took me a while to find it even though I kept hitting the horn button. No biggie just a comment. Barry

Mr. Case did a great job of taking care of us, making sure we knew what was going on and calling to see if we needed a shuttle before our car was finished. Service for our vehicle was timely and didn't cost us as much as we thought.
5The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Took a while to get my car in for repair due to booking being a month out, but once my car was in it took about a week or less to complete. My vehicle is like new again.
5The Body Shop Gang rocks. They took care of my bumper in no time and my Mustang is whole again.

He is a respectful man.i think maybe the tech was new to landmark because he forgot to check and air tires.therefore i had to come back after just about making it home when TPMS came on.i didnt catch his name but he was apologetic.its all good,we all learn by our mistakes Im sure he will be a good asset to your dealership

I absolutely LOVE coming here. Everyone is so super friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. When i get in the market to buy a car, i will be xhecking Landmark first!!
4I arrived for my oil change appointment a few minutes early and talked to the "white team" service person. He told me it would be about 90 minutes and if I was waiting. I told him I would wait in the lobby. 45 minutes later, my care was done and ready to go. Thank you for the fast service. I will be back.

I didn't feel like I had to shop around, because the pricing given, was fair and honest (in my opinion). Conan was patient and didn't try to oversell me...he looked to find me what I wanted, and not what he had in inventory...a great experience overall.

5David showed me two options that were of interest to me. My wife did not want me to get the Lincoln Town Car after driving it. It is my car but my wife has to drive me in it sometimes. Therefore it needs to be something she is comfortable driving. We both liked the Certified Used 2015 Lincoln MKX and that is the vehicle we purchased. David worked tirelessly with us from August 10th until we drove off the lot on the 14th of August with our new car. Throughout the entire process David was very professional, friendly and accommodating. He is a credit to Landmark Ford Lincoln.

Nate with the Brown Team always handles our service for both our 1998 Explorer and the new 2018. He is always honest with me in what services I need and what I dont. Today, we had running boards installed and it was completed quickly even though he had 30 appointments. Im a 19-year loyal customer and I love working with Landmark Ford because of the service and level of trust.
