The doctors & staff at Candlewood are compassionate and helpful every time I call. They have helped our dogs over 25 years and I always find them pleasant and professional when I need their help. If things are busy or waits are long it's likely because they are treating animals with serious injuries.
Thank you, thank you, thank you
I waited to be seen for over an hour and I have been going to Candlewood Animal Hospital for 7 years. The woman receptionist was rude and being a loyal customer of theirs I thought they could just give me the drops for my dogs issue. They insisted I put my dog through the anxiety of a visit and chaos for me with 2 little ones. I waited an hour and saw the vet for 30 seconds to confirm he had what I knew he had and it cost me $54 for the visit and $31 for the drops.
I used Candlewood Animal Hospital for emergency surgery on my dog when she had ingested a rope chew toy. She was in a great deal of distress and very out of sorts and the staff was wonderful with her. They did an amazing job caring for her and she made a full recovery. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs animal surgery or just for regular vet care.
