This practice has been caring for my multiple pets for 20+ years and I have become more and more dissatisfied over time.

Although I have been very happy with Dr. Wassell, the overall philosophy of this practice seems to be to recommend the most expensive treatment with no alternatives offered.

If you believe that YOU should be the person making decisons about your pet's health care, this is not the place to go! if you do not have unlimited funds to spend on vet care, I would recommend you look elsewhere as well.

ihave been made to feel guilty by these people for the last time today!

We have been taking our cat to the Churchland Animal Clinic for 9 years. We recently adopted a dog who also take there. The staff is terrific. Our cat had surgery and received excellent care. The doctors have a passion for animals. Dr. Rick Wassell is the best vet. He takes special care of our dog, who does not like shots at all. I would high recommend Churchland Animal Clinic to any pet parent.

I was not very happy with this vet's office, staff or how I was handled while there. I waiting in the waiting room for over an hour before I was seen even with an appointment. I was then rushed in and out even though I was trying to ask some specific health problems pertinent to my pet. I felt like this vet office was more about getting lots of people in and making money more than it is about the care of the actual health and welfare of my pet. I KNOW that there policy must be "...Don't Let Anyone Out The Door Without Charging Them At Least $100!!!..." I hope anyone who takes their pet here has money to spend...otherwise do yourself a favor and find another vet to provide services to your fur-kid!

Pros: Vet office

Cons: Have Money If You Are Going To Take Your Pet Here

They have taken good care of 3 of my dogs over the years and I have always been happy with the care and service of my pets. I'm especially happy that Dr. Miller is taking care of my dog now. She really cares about the animals she treats and the concerns of the pet owners. Thanks so much!
