The vets and staff are caring and efficient, they outline all your options and costs, and do not argue with you once you make your decisions. They treat me and my animals with respect. Things can get a bit crazy in the office area because they are a very busy practice. If you can get there during the week, it's much less hectic.

Cons: Can be a bit pricey

I used to love them but then they got too big and forgot about their patients. they treat you like you are second class. When my dog of 15 years was diagnosed with cancer they were cold-hearted and said you need to decide what you want to spend and if you want to put her done immediately and walked out the door and left me in tears. No one came back. I took my dog and went to another vet and she lived comfortably for 2 more years. I had used them for 10 years and I will never set foot back in there again. Sometimes when you grow too big you loose sight of what you are there to do and making money and shoving people out the door quickly is not it!

My first impression was ok. I called for directions and the receptionist couldn not tell me how far from Sandy Plains rd down Post Oak Tritt the hospital was, she guessed 4-5 miles (it was more like .4 mile), so I of course went an extra 8-10 miles out of my way.
When I met with the vet, I felt very uncomfortable, he talked to me like I was in the first grade and couldn't understand the care of a dog, when this was my 3rd dog in my life, the other two passed from old age.
The final straw came when I got attitude from the receptionists when, again, there was miscomunication. I spoke with one lady in the morning about my new 2 month old puppy possibly having earmites, and she told me there were no more appts for that day, but a vet tech could look to see if there are earmites, if so, I would need to see the vet. I said okay, I'll do that. I went in at lunch time and they acted clueless as to my earlier call, were flustered that I walked in during lunch hours, and made no effort to help my whining from discomfort 2 month old puppy! This is my baby and they wouldn't help her! I left and went to another vet.

My cat was vaccinated at Sprayberry Animal Hospital and died 3 months later of what he was vaccinated for. I asked why he wasn't tested for Feline Leukemia(FeLV). They said they recommend the test but I was never told of the FeLV test. I recommend going to another veterinarian.

Pros: close to the house

Cons: in and out pretty fast

I recently called this company and the lady that answers the phone was very rude and acted as if I owed her something, that they are not the only Animal Hospital in town - Not a company I would ever let touch my pets. They don't care from the way they act.
