<p><strong>Handi-House is the oldest, most established portable building manufacturer in the southeast.  We have been manufacturing and striving for excellence since 1966 with over 40 years of distributing storage buildings throughout the southeast.  </strong></p> <p><strong>At Handi-House, we know our future depends on "You", our valuable customers.  Repeat business and referrals are the reasons we have existed throughout the years.  We have a wide variety of structures and styles of storage buildings to meet each customers needs(see our photos).  Buildings range from the most economically priced units to the more elaborate buildings to meet certain state or residential requirements.   Our goal is that every Handi-House customer is treated honestly and respectfully as possible. </strong></p>.   <p><strong>At our manufacturing facility in Swainsboro,Georgia we are centrally located to distribute buildings throughout the Southeast.  We have three separate plants on this site in which each produces a different type of building that enables us to offer the variety to best meet your needs.  </strong></p> <p><strong>     All units are either wood structure with #1 southern yellow pine that enable us to meet the higher wind zones or our steel stud structure of either 18 or 20 gauge steel that both meet the 150 mph wind zones required in certain coastal regions of Florida.</strong></p> <p>     <strong>With both the wood and steel framing of our buildings,we are able to adjust or add additional bracing that is needed for the engineering requirements of the different wind zones throughout Florida and other southern states.  We also construct our buildings with a variety of trim packages that enhance the appearance and aesthetic of each unit.</strong></p> <p><strong>     As each unit is passed through each phase of construction,certain inspections are required to pass the unit to the final phase for a complete check out.  After final inspection,your storage building is ready for shipment to our Handi-House dealers.</strong></p>
