We LOVE this store! For an older store, we were very impressed with the cleanliness. They also carry a large supply of supplements, foods, beauty care, and other items. Their bathrooms were very clean and open to the public and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store in a heartbeat!

Love this place...staff is extremely knowledgable. Asked if I needed help immediately, then walked to exactly what I was looking for. Also, enjoyed the cafe, the tuna sandwich was awesome.

Great customer service

I have visited the cupboard several times and have found it to be a very nice store. The staff are very helpful, and some are very knowledgeable about products. And the ones who aren't as knowledgeable about a specific topic or product always know which staff member to refer you to for help. I like the vibe of the store, and the fact that the workers aren't required to wear matching uniforms like they would in other establishments. They all wear aprons, and that's cool. It has a bohemian feel and great music, and I could just spend hours in there (in fact, if they had wifi in the cafe, I would). I have never had a sandwich there, but I have eaten from the organic salad bar and it was awesome. The cafe portion could be cleaner, but that is the only complaint I have.

Worst Natural Foods Store Ever!!!

This is by far the worst natural food store in the entire United States. Unfortunately it is the only one for miles, unless you want to drive all the way to Whole Foods in Dallas (which I would strongly recommend). The selection is awful and the service is even worse. I wish I could give this store no stars, but unfortunately that is not possible.
My outlook on the cafe is even less than that of the store. The food is ok if you are content with dry, cardboard flavored disasters. I personally am not!! Also, all the servers look like unclean refugees from somewhere in "Hippy-Land". What ever happened to having a nice, clean shaved face or uniforms that all match instead of tangled, overgrown beards and clothes that look like they have been lived in for the past year.
Take my advice, make the drive to Whole Foods, you will be much happier. I know I will be.
