If I'm luck I'll receive my voice mails hours after there left. Very spotty service areas, I usually have to ask my wife for her ATT phone to make calls. The representatives at the stores do the best they can, with the limited resources Tmobile offers in terms of the phone service. I'm switching to ATT.
Pros: The people at the stores are ok
Cons: Terrible service, my calls drop, limited service areas
