Mr. Manfredi,

I would like to take the time to inform you of the terrific purchasing experience I recently had at Manfredi Kia on Hylan
Blvd. in Staten Island.

I intended to do some comparative shopping among various local auto dealers, and decided to make Manfredi Kia my first
stop.

After meeting with your Sales Associate Anthony Lofaro, Manfredi Kia also became my last stop.

My initial intent was to lease, but after consulting with Anthony, it was clear that purchasing the vehicle was the better
choice.

Mr. Lofaro's outstanding customer service skills, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the Kia brand, and his attention
to detail made it easy for me to purchase a 2102 Kia Sorento SX from your dealership.

Additionally, I'd like to mention that General Manager Nick Salerno's input regarding pricing and overall guidance

throughout the process was instrumental in completing the purchase.

Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not mention Sid in the Finance Dept. Sid is friendly, knowledgeable,
thorough and detailed oriented, and patiently walked me through the financing process.

Please pass on kudos to Anthony, Nick and Sid, and know that because of Mr. Lofaro's professionalism, and attention to

detail that my experience at Manfredi Kia was a positive one.
