Very thorough, prices reasonable, pets like the place--taking new kitten there. Always willing to answer questions and respond to urgent issues.

Pros: very friendly staff, quick service, flexible hours

Cons: place is an older building but didn't bother us, they had all the tools needed and seemed clean as it can be with animals all around.
