The doctors and staff are professional, friendly, and competent. In the most difficult of situations, the final days of a beloved dog, the doctors were compassionate, helping the children through the experience.

The entire staff at Donaldson's are the best! They care for your "babies" as if they're their own. I have been taking my 'boys', Duke & Biship, there for years. I can honestly say, I have always been greeted w/a smile and felt like me and my boys were the only patients in the clinic. One of my boys, Duke, was a diabetic which required special care and 100% commitment. With these two angels, and I do mean angles, Dr. Maise and Brandy, helping care for him, has made ALL the difference in the world. Words can NEVER express my gratitude! There are those who are led to their profession and then there are those who's compassion leads them!
Dr. Donaldson, Dr. Maise & all the staff have taken outstanding care of our dog for about 8 years. They truly make you feel like your pet is the most important one that comes to their clinic! Plus they are excellent at helping the owners too. Esther is my first dog and all the staff has provided tons of support and advice over the years. Very fair and competitive prices. I hope they never leave the area.
This is the 3rd vet I've gone to in two years. I like my other vet in Metamora, but a bit farther away and when I had a VERY sick cat, they couldn't see her right away, so I dialed several local vets and Donaldson was the only one that said to bring her in right then. Very nice offices, no waiting, proficient staff. I had 3 impromptu visits in 3 days and was always helped quickly and kindly. Felt the cost was quite reasonable and no make up costs to pad the bill.
The staff and the Doctors are just great. Everyone there gives you all the time and attention you need. My cat doesn't like car rides, but my dog wags when we pull into the parking lot.
They sure seem to be more interested in the getting bill higher than in helping your pet with least trauma to the pet. Really pushed to have ours operated on, the second opinion said wasn't need and he recovered just fine.
Donaldson Animal Hospital is a top-notch staff and facility for pet care. They allow you to just come in to weigh your pet to keep an eye on their weight. It is fun to see their cute cats decorating the walls and pictures of area pets all around. Best of all they truly are compassionate with both our cat and dog.
This is the best Veterenarian around. Althoug Dr. Donaldson is retired I do sometimes still see him there. The staff is dedicated and compassionate.
We have taken our cat to Donaldson's Animal Hospital since we moved here 12 years ago. They have taken wonderful care of her and are very loving to her when we have to visit.
My "kids" love Dr Donaldson. He loves when his pets come to visit him. They remodeled their office and it looks so nice. Dr Hill saved my sons dog when she was hit by a garbage truck. He called many times to see how she was doing.
The doctors and staff are the best at Donaldson's. We have had nothing but the best experience in the years that we have been going there. Everyone is loving and caring not only to the pets put to the families.

I have taken both of my dogs the Donaldson Animal Hospital for the past two years. My older dog is usually quite nervous and would whimper at other vet offices. Dr. Donaldson calmed him down right away and held him before examining him. He takes time to listen to concerns and answer questions. The whole staff is very nice and welcoming. Their prices are fair and they had recently lowered the costs of many of their services. My Dad's local vet in Plymouth Michigan charges nearly 20% more so he has started coming to Donaldson Animal hospital for service. Highly recommended.
Dr. Donaldson is an outstanding vet. He and his staff take very good care of the pets we come in with. I have taken in strays that were hurt and he has taken care of them for free.
