Haywood Road Animal Hospital

Very disappointed!! I have brought my pets to this hospital for many years, but have recently changed hospitals due to the new veterinarian. The new veterinarian (Dr. Sanders) is extremely ignorant and rude. I will never again bring my pets there!

Excellent Practice. I was unsure where I should take Sammy a new puppy that my daughter got from santa. Let me tell you that the kindness and attention to detail that we received was wonderful! I left with the feeling that I knew what was going on and what to expect next. The prices seemed to be very fair as well. If you are new to town or unhappy with your current vet I would give this place a chance. The outside could use an face-lift, but the service that you receive once inside totally makes up for a slightly dated appearance on the outside. It is also easily accessible from Haywood Rd. and Old Airport Rd. Very close to the mall!

I visited Haywood Road Pet Motel when trying to find a suitable doggie day care facility. While the folks there were nice enough over the phone, once I visited the place, I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dogs there. The building and signage could definitely use some up-dates. I pass by their small outdoor exercise area almost daily and I seldom if ever see any dogs outside. Makes you wonder if they ever let them actually go outside! Either that or there are alot of other people who are reluctant to use their day care services/facilities too!
