The management at Morgan's Paws is terribly and inexcusably rude. It took us MONTHS to schedule a meet and greet with our puppy because of their extremely limited schedule. When we finally managed to arrange a visit, we made one wrong turn (I'd never been there before) and arrived 10 minutes late. We were greeted with not a hello, but rather "you were supposed to be here 10 minutes ago". We then stood there for another 10 minutes while the woman we were scheduled to meet with giggled and looked at pictures on an iPhone with another client - certainly not conducting any meaningful business. I was finally informed that I'd need to reschedule. After months of waiting and an hour round trip, this was totally unacceptable. If they want to impose such a strict policy, than it should be made ABUNDANTLY CLEAR in advance. At the very least, a minimum degree of courtesy and a polite apology would have been warranted. This was extremely disappointing and I'd encourage you to look for someplace friendlier and more professional. We won't be back.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I live in Manchester. I took the time to call in and ask about their services and to see if they would be able to clip my dogs nails even though he is a rescue and afraid of everything before going all the way there stressing him out. I described past behaviors at other places. Like rolling around on the ground and not getting up. I was told to come. I get there and the groomer never came out to meet him. She had the lady at the register run back and forth to talk to me and answer my questions vs talk to me herself. She (groomer) was very rude (I could hear her as I waited outside). I wasted gas money driving there and stressed my dog out making him go through a drive for nothing. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I would think if you work in this field you meet all types of dogs and would be prepared to meet all of their needs. To not try and be unkind shows me this is not a great place for people that care about how their animals are treated or how they are treated.

As a long time repeat customer of Morgans Paws both for boarding and their grooming services I was very disappointed to say the least when our $25 deposit was sacrificed when we cancelled our boarding for one night. My wife was told we only gave them 46 hours notice and they require 48! A bit stunned by this she requested that we use the deposit for the next time we boarded our Lab or had her groomed. Normally a business would accommodate such a reasonable request, particularly from folks they have a relationship with.
I called Morgans Paws myself and spoke with manager Carla who has the customer relationship skills of a rabid wolf. Pleading my case to Carla I was informed thats our policy! I stated to her that is the worst thing you can say to a customer! At which time she said thank you and hung up on me.
If Carla is the owner I suppose she can do as she wishes. If I was the owner Carla would take Customer Relationship 101, and should she repeat her rude behavior to anyone again I would dismiss her.
Ok Morgans Paws, you have my twenty five bucks, but another kennel will get the hundreds of dollars I will spend on boarding and grooming in the future. Business is never so good that you can justify treating your customers with a total lack of respect.
