Through the years Dr Curtsinger has cared for all of my dogs, his caring approach during a crisis for my beloved Dakota made me a believer in his skills. Since that date he is the only veterinarian that I trust. As Dogs have always been a part of my life, I have had many experiences with other vets; however, there is no comparison with the warmth of the staff and the professionalism of Dr Curtsinger.
Our family has a new puppy and a 12 year old lab mix. We have been taking our older dog to Dr. Curtsinger for many years now. He has an outstanding practice and always takes the time to explain any issues as well as the pros and cons of different treatment options. We feel like the staff really cares about our dogs. We couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
Curtsinger Animal Hospital is the number one place for your pets needs. I travel 20 minutes to get to them, with my three dogs. They treat each pet and owner with care and attention, as it should be. They get to know who you are and CARE to know your pet and their history. I recommend them to anyone.
It's hard to find "real" people anymore, but I found a great place to take my dogs! As they are getting older, their needs have grown and their care can be expensive. Curtsinger Animal Hospital has been able to provide everything my dogs need to maintain a good quality of life as they age.
I have big dogs, but the nurses and doctors love them up just like I do!
My male was sick recently, and all of the doctors there (all 3 of them) took interest in my pet even though we were really there to see Dr Katie Miller; because he was so sick.
I always feel welcome and their prices I can afford and I see the quality in what I am paying for. Their care is genuine. I feel they really have something special there.

I have lived in many places and have been to many animal hospitals for my pet needs. I have to say Curtsinger Animal Hospital is the best all the way around. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The doctors are very caring and concerned.
Dr. Curtsinger has always treated my dogs great. They actually LOVE going to see him. How many dogs love going to the vet?
I think the prices there are very reasonable compared to other vets I have been to around this area.
I like how through Dr. Curtsinger is. I also like the fact he will explain things in a manner I can understand so I can make informed decisions.

The docters and staff are very professional and care about the animals and their owners. I do not need a second opinion when I go to them. I have 100% trust and they are very affordable.

I wanted a second opinion on my dog's allergic reactions and came away with a bill for $400 and lots of medication. I didn't want to give her all the medication at once because I wouldn't be able to tell what was working best so I started out slowly. I opted to start my dog with Benadryl. It worked like a charm and I didn't need to give her anything else. I just wish he hadn't prescribed all that medication and was a bit more conservative, i.e., let's start with this...

They are a very hi-tech, and a knowledgeable vet. They are open Saturday mornings, so that is great for working families. I find their prices a tad higher than the area vets, but they are probably the best vet in the area for the best treatment of your animal.

The staff and Dr's at Curtsinger are wonderful. They give your pet their first priority when they are caring for them. Not only do they care for the pets but they have a deep care for the clients as well. They have the right technology in order to care for your pets as they should be. My three dogs will never go anywhere else unless I should move. I highly recommend them to anyone that asks where I take my pets to.

The goals of Curtsinger Animal Hospital are to provide high quality veterinary care, provide veterinary care in the most cost efficient manner and to provide veterinary care in a personal, small-town atmosphere. Curtsinger Animal Hospital utilizes the latest in veterinary technology such as an in-house lab, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, digital ultrasound, otoendoscopy, advanced anesthetic monitoring and tonometry. One of the most significant expenses in providing healthcare is the physical structure of the healthcare facility. The trend in human healthcare is to locate in multi-business complexes rather than a free-standing building in order to reduce overhead expenses. Dr. Curtsinger chose to build the hospital in a multi-business complex to reduce the cost of veterinary care without compromising the quality of veterinary care. The last goal was to provide veterinary care in a personal, small-town atmosphere. Drs. Curtsinger, Miller and Odom have previous experience at large, multiple doctor hospitals but prefer to practice in a smaller and more personal hospital atmosphere. The doctors believe that is important to provide owners with options for veterinary care that range from the most advanced care available to best care available for the owner’s budget. Curtsinger Animal Hospital was founded in 2004 and is conveniently located to serve the Indian Land, Fort Mill, Sun City, Ballantyne, Waxhaw and South Charlotte areas. The doctors and staff welcome clients to tour the hospital facility.
