I've been doing Dahn Yoga for three years now and I have seen great results. I had a hard time losing weight and when I had my initial check up at the Dahn center, the instructor discovered that I had tight intestines due to stress. She gave me exercises to do to relax my intestines and I was able to release a lot of junk from my body and shed pounds. I recommend Dahn Yoga for anyone from beginners to advanced yoga practitioners.

Cons: No Sunday class
I feel the difference between each week and each month. I'm able to feel more empowered and do what I am trying to do with my work. I come here after work, which usually is about 12 - 14 hours, and I feel a new found energy. My colleagues don't believe that but that is true.
This is creating miracle within. You should try! It's amazing experience!!!
What a great experience!
I have practiced many different yoga classes. This was one of the best experiences I have had.
It was simple and yet vigorous, and the relaxation was great because I was able to feel the energy circulation inside of me. Tai Chi class was great too, very strong and fun!

It was more than I expected.
Not only stretching exercise for flexibilty but also relaxation, breathing, meditation and TaiChi.
It was perfect combinations of all great things I have experienced through many different yoga.
I had sleeping problem many years but it ran away after first two class I tried completely.

well the first time I took the class, instantly I knew something was different about this yoga. For me personally I don?t like posture yoga, I like deep stretching. It almost feels amazing when I can stretch deep and feel my body open up. The stretches are smooth and sometimes slow so that you can feel every muscle. Then we relaxed and just breath with is heavenly. And after wards we do energy meditation, which to this day calms my mind. I love it, its my favorite thing to do. All of you should try it. The class i went was a regular class which combined yoga streching, breathing postures and meditation, that was owesome. then some core building exercises. Good thing was there was short great massage time.. My God.. Have to feel it..
