Chic Concrete

I hired Chic Concrete (aka Terra Vista Construction) to gut my front porch and walkway as well as the back patio area near the pool. They were timely, friendly, and did a great job helping me pick the pattern and colors that would go with my home's existing pattern and colors. It took them about 3 days with a whole team of guys, and they worked very hard throughout the days to get it done. They knew what they were doing, and made sure everything was set perfectly before leaving the job at the end. The finished product turned out beautiful- very close to what I was expecting. Now I have one of the best looking walkways on the block!! I know that I will enjoy my patio for a long time to come- it was worth the investment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home's appearance.

My husband and I got several estimates for our decorative concrete job and decided on Chic Concrete for two reasons. One, their prices were competitive. Two, we liked and trusted Robert Guerrero, the company's president, from the start. The work is beautiful and Robert was completely involved in the entire process. The steps were explained to us in detail; we always knew what to expect. The guys in the crew were friendly, prompt, and cleaned up thoroughly. They have so many patterns and colors to choose from and Robert helped us pick the right one for our backyard. I urge you to give him a call and give him the opportunity to bid on your project.
