from the moment i called them to have our strada delivered, my sister constantly hounded them with questions. i was surprised they put up with it the way they did. She would always ask about the whereabouts or if something had happened. she was paranoid the whole time.
From what I understand they gave clear and honest answers. they are a good delivery company and have patient people
I was quite impressed with how well they handled my order. it was last minute and all that but they still managed to take my car. for the price, i don't think i could have found better
they arrived late. they at least had the grace to give me some warning ahead of time and to apologize.
they shipped my car to New York where my friend did me the favor of picking it up and taking it out on a test drive. he says the cars cool and that he can't find anything wrong with it. which is a big relief for me as i am very attached to my mustang
It was easy to coordinate with them at first but after some time it got a bit difficult to keep up. they got the car delivered in time so i guess that is all that matters. the confusion at one point was just bothersome for me
I only trust blue star to take care of my mercedes. I had a different company deliver it for me before but it arrived late and with a scratch on the hood. not only that but the odometer had gone up 17 kilometeres. With blue star though everything went on like clockwork and there was not a speck of damage on my car.

blue star really impressed me. I was prepared to have them deliver it late by a few days and follow it up with an excuse or soemthing but there was no problems. When I had made the deal I barely stayed in touch with them and assumed the worst. It was a pleasant surprise to find out absolutely nothing went wrong

hauling this car was a problem for me. my cousin was suppose to handle it but he backed out so i had a company do it for me but they backed out also after taking my deposit. i was wary then so i am glad i found blue star to do the delivery for me. they hauled it on time. they really helped me out

the best thing about blue star is the customer reps they have. polite and easy to get in touch with and will always answer your questions. I guess that i am so used to incompetence when it comes to customer reps that i was truly impressed that the reps at blue star were really good at their job. keep it up guys i will be recommending you to the guys at the office
I was very impressed at blue star and their ability to coordinate with their teams. the customer rep i talked with filled me in with everything i needed to know and were able to always get in touch witht he driver so he could meet my friend at the pick up point.
these guys got my girlfriends car delivered in good time. no damage to be seen and the price we paid was totally fair. thanks guys
let me just say that it was never an easy time having my car delivered great distances. problems and delays would always arise. not with blue star though. everything was smooth sailing.
I found blue star online and called them up shortly after finding them. they really are easy to deal with and they gave me a good price also. they kept me informed of my car's situation all the time and it arrived in time and it was looking well.

my hilux was brought to me in the same condition i last saw it. blue star did an excellent job and i was right to trust them. i was convinced to go with these guys after i had spoken with aldene on the phone. she had answered all my questions and was pleasant to talk to as well. so professional and so knowledgeable. other people would put me on hold trying to find an answer to my questions and i always found this to be so irritating. anyway well done and thank you very much

i found 4 different companies i was willing to have deliver my audi but when i called them all back up the price had gone slightly up except for blue star. so i chose blue star and even though there were some few mishaps here and there it was nothing too bad. what really impressed me though was there staff. they always kept me up to date and were easy to reach the whole way. i am glad i stuck with blue star

bluestar exceeded my expectations. i am cynical of all companies that will have your possessions for extended period so i was ready to accept a few things stolen or some damage and not be surprised. but i was surprised because they do their job quickly and like they promise. plus they did not steal or do it recklessly.

blue star is the only company i would recommend to anyone looking to transport their car. they gave me a fair quote which was much lower than the quote i got from two other companies. josh was very helpful the whole way and always kept me informed about the progress. i was nervous at first but his calls reassured me. the car came early and without a dent on it. i am seriously happy i went to bluestar
