Although we are no longer selling new motorcycles or ATV's we are still open and selling used vehicles. Our showroom is open, we're still selling parts and accessories and still servicing all makes and models of motorcycles and ATV;s.

Willows service and repair sucks. Dropped my bike off for a simple repair and a month later after calling 5 times, they told me they were done and a 2 hour job turned into 8 hours. They broke an extractor and that's what took the extra 6

Willows totally rocks! They helped me out big time when my bike needed repairs and they did the work at half the price the original dealership wanted to charge me! The work was done fast and well, my bike runs even better then new thanks

I was a local, loyal customer for years until they sold me a warranty for a new Jetski that I bought from them. Jetski ended up needing major engine work after a warrantied part failed. When another dealer (I lived out of state by this time) contacted them to cover the needed repairs,,,they had no record of my warranty. After faxing a few documents to them,,,it turns out they pocketed the money and never signed me up with the warranty company. They gave the out of state dealer the OK to start repairs,,,and after the work was done they only agreed to cover a portion of the cost,,,,leaving me on the hook for the rest of the $$$$.... Most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I would personally like to point out Jim Tabor as the person responsible for this fiasco. He made the mistake and he had the oppurtunity to make it right,,,and didn't.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere...

Bike has been there for 16 days, parts that they ordered came in 10 days ago and evrytime that I call to find out when it will be ready I get the same response"we have started it yet but it will be ready tomorrow.
