I really like this clinic. They are warm and kind and recognize me by name when I call in with questions. They answer your questions by phone and call you back. They are committed to animals and their staff has all been with them for a long time, which tells you something about what kind of place it is.
My wife and I have two pups that we love very much. We picked John Young animal hospital as the place for their medical needs. One of the DVMs there done a poor job of identifying one of the pups medical challenges, and she made this same mistake two times in a week. I received medication and direction from that DVM for something my pup did have, my pup suffered for four days, I couldn't allow him to suffer anymore, so I took him to an emergency clinic where the pups received the right attention and is now doing well, but with slow recovery. This DVM at John Young's facilities did not render service as indicated or she don't know her job as a care giver to animals. What I am indicating here is that you need to do research on doctors even if they are working in a well established and reputable practice, if you don't, your best friend could suffer for it.
This office is truly an asset to the Orlando area. They've always been kind and extremely personable. When our kitten nearly died the woman in the office didn't hestitate to work us in that same afternoon. We owe them Midnight's life, literally. they were even understanding when my fiance explained to them that money was tight at that moment and we would need to know how much everything was going to cost before they did anything that we wouldn't be able to pay for.
