Started taking animals to Dr Pheiffer when practice first opened. My experience with him is that he is a remarkable Vet as well as a person. Took my dog to him for his whole life and when he passed away after 13 years Mike came to my house to make him comfortable in his last moments with us. Never ever had someone show so much compassion and professionalism in the situation.

miss winnie larue and ladybugs where treated with love and tenderness. the staff where freindly and welcoming. Dr Chatterson was exceptional. I would recomend her or any of the other Dr's.
The prices where affordable , the care excellant. All procedures where explained before procceding along with after care and future care .
There specialty pet food prices are lower then most chain pet stores.
Pros: extended hours easy access prices services care clean loving vets
Cons: did not find any cons

I've been using Inglemoor for over 12 years. I agree - Dr. Shini and Dr. Jane were absolutely awesome. Dr. Jane has also moved to Phinney Ridge and we followed her there for the rest of our kitty's life. Unfortunately, with Dr. Scott and Dr. Jane gone and the huge staff turnover, it is definitely not the same and we now feel that the 40 minute drive to get there is no longer worth it. If we lived closer, we would probably still use them. It was worth it for Dr. Scott and Dr. Jane but we have yet to meet another vet there that we felt as great about. The new ones seem very young and don't seem to care about the overall picture nearly as much. Just get you in and out.

A very caring staff who takes the extra time to make sure the pets are not only healthy but happy. I had my boxer spaid recently and when I went to pick her up they had brought her in the staff room to lay down because she disliked the crate. Each staff member knew her name and treated her like she was there own. On another instance, our puppy was bit by a neighbors dog and I had taken her to the emergency room in Kirlkland on a Sat. That Monday Inglemoor staff called to check on her welfare. They called again on Wed. It is that kind of personal and thorough service that differentiates this great group of doctors and staff. It is also fairly easy to get an appointment same day if needed.
Pros: Carin experienced staff that follows up appropriately. Knows breed traits.
Cons: none so far

We had gone to Inglemoor Vet for years but generally only saw Dr. Schini or Dr. Jane. Dr. Scott Schini was our favorite and Dr. Jane was a close 2nd. Both are exceptionally friendly, caring and loving people -- toward pets and humans. They were really good about giving explicit discharge orders and would follow up with a phone call once we were home. I had heard several "bad reviews" about the head doctor (the owner?) so we never saw him. We loved the front desk gals/asistants but a few years ago the ones we saw all the time were no longer there and we didn't get to the know the new ones like we had the others. Then Dr. Scott left to start his own business (Maple Leaf Vet) wo we ended up following him to his new clinic. If Dr. Jane is still working at Inglemoor, I would highly recommend her. If not, I would try out Dr. Scott's new place.

I have been going to Inglemoor Animal Hospital for 6 years and they have given me and my pets nothing but top notch service. The vets are extremely caring and friendly. The staff is always helpfull and very knowledgeable. I always called them for pet advice and they always had a great answer. If the staff didn't know the answer, they would find out and call right back. Wonderful team and am really sorry I couldn't take thme to CO with me.

We took our new pup to this clinic based on a glowing referral from friend in our new neighborhood. We love all of them! From coming to my house to put my 19 year old cat down, to joking with us about how much our dog must love the vets (because he's always going in), to going ten rounds with the pet insurance company with us to get said dog insured, I've always felt like we got 110% service from them. They even call to follow up and see how the dog is doing after almost every visit. I like them so much more than my vet in my old Seattle neighborhood. Much more personable and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Pros: later hours, helpful, informative care
Cons: none

I have been going to Inglemoor for 3 years. The vets are great. They get on the floor with my dogs and play with them. The staff is great. If I have questions, I called them and they answer my questions over the phone. This vet hospital is great. I drive the extra miles to go there.

The staff lost my appointments, was unhelpful and unconcerned. I stopped going because I didn't want the extra hassle in dealing with the staff. The vet, however, was great, and I was sorry to stop seeing him.
Pros: nice vet
Cons: unhelpful staff
