Nichi Wallace, went above and beyond what most would have done to help us get our mother a great deal on a car. Everyone there was nice as well, next time we get ready to look for a car we will come there again.

Just wanted to say that every experience I have had at Hebert's TandC has been a pleasant one. Whether it be the purchase of my jeep to the excellent service, they are top notch. The sales staff and service department are very knowledgeable. I will come back again for our next purchase and continue to come in for my service.

I have been very pleased with the service that has been shown at HT&C. My sales consultant, Clarence Smith, is very knowledgeable about Chryster's product. Clarence has proven to me that he is a top notch sales consultant during the purchase of my Chrysler 300C. If I have a question -- he has the answer. Outstanding salesmanship and customer service!

I went in to have my car checked, as my engine light was on. I was greeted by Deidra Sandefur who assured me that my car would be handled quickly. I decided to wait while they preformed the needed repairs. Within an hour she came and told me the findings and then returned again about 45 minutes later to let me know my car was completed. This is the reason I continue to come to this dealership. They have quality service technicians & the service staff is great. Thanks for another good job!!

I visited HT&C and the service department was busy but D. Sandefur still made an effort to service me and be professional at the same time. She is very knowledgeable in her services. She was very nice and was able to assist me quickly and effectively. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I will visit again.

I am from out of town and I own a Chrysler 300 ... I needed to service my vehicle before I went back on the road and I have been to many other dealerships & the service has always been poor compared to where I bought my vehicle but I found Deadra very helpful and friendly. She made me feel like I was at home again!! Thanks for the great exprience.

I can not express just how extremely IMPRESSED I am with Hebert's service. Deadra Sandefur walked my vehicle personally through the entire process and kept me updated as to the status of my service. This is their constant customer service standard for everyone! I love it! My car is better than new. Hebert's you have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I will reccomend your business to everyone! Thank you for employing people like Deadra too...she is a gem!

I recently purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram Mega Cab from Hebert's Town and Country and couldn't be happier. Not only did I get a quality used vehicle, but the customer service throughout the entire process was flawless. My salesman, Chris, has been helpful on every service visit and even called me to check and see how I was enjoying my new truck. Hebert's Town and Country is the most enjoyable experience that I've had purchasing a vehicle. Will definitely be back once I'm in the market again.
