The service is fast and friendly and the food is delicious. The decor is very nice and has a clean feel to it. I have been eating there for about 10 years.

I love this restaurant! The staff are always so friendly, and the food is fresh and they are very quick with your order.

Gone here twice...got sick both times...roaches crawling on the wall...

Avoid this place and do yourself a huge favor...the chips were burnt...the servings were skimpy...the margaritas were overpriced AND weak!\r
\r
There's more...\r
\r
They will leave you sitting for 20 minutes where you run out of the pitiful 2 ounces salsa they threw at you when you arrived ...then come back in 20 minutes to take your order, never checking back to see if you need anything after your food FINALLY arrives. When you ask for water, they don't bother to bring it at all.....and then become RUDE when you complain, as if YOU did something wrong! All this and they weren't even BUSY...I wonder WHY :)\r
\r
I usually over~tip if I get average or decent sevice, but left this worm of a waiter nothing, and did not feel bad about it in the least....\r
\r
We are NEVER going to that HELLHOLE again!\r

If dining in the Donelson area for Mexican, I highly recommend Tres Amigos on Lebanon Road. We have eaten there many timesand have always gotten grat food, drinks, AND fast, friendly service....

Pros: Don't let the quaint Neon fool you ~

Cons: Unexcusable Service !!! Rude too !!!

The people are so friendly here. The food is always great. My family and I go here all the time.

Pros: food

★☆☆☆☆

I live in the area. My family and friends USED to eat here quite often. No more. I refuse to even go back. I had horrible service on several occasions. The manager used to be friendly with a smile. The first time I complained about the bad service, he instantly became defensive and was never friendly again. Three more times I tried... Three more disappointments. I have swapped mexican restaurants and am very pleased.

Cons: Service is terrible

I was disappointed in Casa Fiesta last night. I tried to call to place a takeout order for over 30 minutes and the line was always busy. So, I went to place my order in person. I ordered soft tacos without meat for someone who is vegetarian and when I got home, all the tacos had meat in them. I know it was Cinco De Mayo yesterday and the place was packed, but being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service.

Pros: Food was good

Cons: service

We've been going to Casa Fiesta for 11 years. We don't eat out often because of your fitness lifestyle but when it's time for a good meal-it's Casa Fiesta. Every one of my birthdays has been celebrated there. My son's first outing after being born? Casa Fiesta. We are both from Texas and there is nothing that can compare to Casa Fiesta. The service has always been good, the food comes out so amazingly fast and HOT!! They have hands down the best salsa on the market. The manager/owner? knows us well and we are never surprised to see one of the ""old schoolers"" drop by the table and play with our little one. It's a great family place filled with good people working there. It's our second home. The food has tasted the same for 11 years and the turn over rate on servers is very very low- that alone speaks volumes. \r
We love Casa Fiesta and anytime we have out of town friends it is on the top of the list to visit.

Pros: Food is so hot and comes out so fast. They have great water. LOL!

Cons: You have to watch them on the chips- no rewarming allowed

I have long been an occasional patron of this restaurant, and have found it to be quite good in the past. When my wife asked if I would enjoy meeting her and her sister there after work for drinks and a bite to eat, I jumped at the chance. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the news that my wife couldn't be served the white wine she ordered because the wine opener couldn't be found. That problem was neatly solved by changing the order to Sangria. I had the same. As a late addition to the party of two, I was pleased when my drink arrived quickly.\r
When our food was served, however, I was given no flatware, and was unable to attract any server's attention to remedy the situation. I snagged a napkin and flatware from an empty table. Later, when receiving a second round of Sangria, I asked the server for ""a couple napkins."" His response was to pick up a soiled napkin from across the table from me, one my sister in law had used to blot her lipstick as well as to wipe sauce from her lips, and hand it to me. Enough said. The server never checked back except to present the check.\r
Maybe it's just me, but I don't think I was being unreasonable in requesting a couple paper napkins, and I certainly didn't expect the server actually to pick up a soiled napkin, hand it to me, and consider the request fulfilled.\r
I don't care how cheap the Sangria is, I won't be back. I'm certainly less than impressed by the server's rudeness. I seldom complain about lackluster service: everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt on a ""bad day."" This server's thoughtlessness crossed the line.\r
It seems to me that the quality of the food and the service is much lower than the last time I was there over a year ago.

Pros: Good drinks, if the wine opener can be found.

Cons: Poor service, at least from our server.

I have been a patron of Casa Fiesta several years and recently stopped dining there due to the quality and flavor going downhill. It's just not what it use to be.

Pros: Quick Seating

Cons: Food

★★★★★

Margaritas are out of this world! Food is world class quality. Service is great. We were visiting from Wi. and will be back for the best Mexican food around!! Even the Dos Equis was great!! Will highly reccomend Casa Fiesta to everyone. Thanks for the great time!

Pros: Great service. Great food. Great drinks. Affordable.

Of all of the Mexican restaurants in Nashville (that I've visited so far), Casa Fiesta is my favorite. Their chimichangas are big! Other Mexican restaurants serve a much thinner chimichanga. Casa Fiesta also serves rice AND beans. Others serve rice OR beans. \r

I've dined here more than ten times and never had bad service. In fact, it's always been exceptional.

Pros: Good Food

★★★★☆

Nice place, I'm really surprised it's at a hotel. Huge container of guacamole for $3.50, I actually shared it with the guy across from me. Nothing unusual here, just typical American-Mexican food, but generous portions, tasty salsa, good service (although I don't like being called ""lady"" instead of ""miss""). I think they may hire illegals, though, so I don't think I'll go back. They don't get shots there, you know. Think about it.

Pros: good food, big portions

Cons: staff barely speaks English

★★★★★

Food was excellent and service was very good too. Good value for your money as well. The chips were excellent. You have to watch for the entrance (it is with the Comfort Inn and easy to miss)

Pros: food, service, value

★★★★★

Casa Fiesta is by far the best place in nashville to get a pitcher of delicious maragritas to wash down some tasty mexican food. Now that's when you say, ""I'm lovin' it!""

★★★★★

We live in Hville and drive past 50 mexican restaurants to eat here. Nachos Al Carbon....you will not be sorry...not like any nachos you've ever had....they don't have anything like it anywhere. The salsa is yummy and different from the average also. The location is a little scary (days inn), but it's clean and the servers are efficient.

Pros: food, price, service

Cons: not enough of them

★★★★★

Awesome service and food. The best margaritas and chicken fahitas I have ever had. Expect busy nights and waits because the food is MUY BIEN!!!

Pros: food, friendly service, prices

Cons: parking
