I have only used this salon for waxing and have been very pleased. Lisa and Maggie take extreme care to make sure your eyebrows compliment your face and they look great.
I have also had underarm and bikini waxes here and they do a great job. I've used Marisa for these services.
The front desk staff is very friendly. Cash only tips.

This is a full-service salon with spa services on the second floor. The hair stylists are super-friendly and knowledgeable, and they treat their customers like gold (especially if you become a regular). Every Wednesday and Thursday they have complimentary wine and cheese for all the clients! I've had cuts and straightening done there and I've been very happy every time; I'm starting to get my friends to go there. Plus there is a wide variety of hours for appointments. If you're used to cheap haircuts, you might say it's pricey, but it's actually very reasonable for the Philadelphia area, and the quality is outstanding.

Will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!

I was looking forward to using the gift certificate my husband bought me for a holiday gift. I made my appointment, expecting that the certifictate would cover the cost of the service. To my surprise, the salon had raised their prices 1 week after he bought the certificate. When I approached the owner of the " Heavenly Establisment" , I was told that I would have no choice but to pay the difference. Is this really fair? Should'nt an estsblishment honor the price at the time of purchase? I will NEVER go back....I have never entered a salon where no one even bothers to say "hello" unless you are their client. I won't dipute that they have 1 - 2 talented stylists on staff.....if you are are lucky you will get one! Sincererly, Mrs. ticked Off!

Nadine is great!

If you are looking for a great colorist in Philly, Nadine is it. She always does great cuts and color! I moved from Philly a few months ago, and hated having to find another hairdresser b/cI was happy with Heaven and Earth.
If you want a fantasic massage, you MUST see Nicky--she is awesome! Also received an excellent facial from the owner Lisa.

the masseuse was very friendly very good massage great value. I then came for a facial Carolyn and it was great they had messed up my apt but made another for me later facial was great carolyn was very sweet. Highly recommended! go for great value.
