Had a wonderful experience being pampered at Zina's Day Spa.. I just moved from NY and could not beleive that i could such a great place here.. I felt very comfortable and welcomed.. Great pedic and Manic., my wax was painless and quick. Simply Love the place and one more thing.. - Wine, was awesome..

I had purchased 4 gift certif for Mother's day for the ladies in my family. They decided to go all at once and were so so impressed. The place was immac clean, very welcoming and warm.. They loved the environ, services, and messages. Everything ran so smoothly and they had a great lunch in the lounge area.. My wife said that she finally found a place where she wants to come back.. I was thrilled.. Thank you again, Zinas Day Spa

I'm new to the area and was looking for a good manicurist for a while. Then, I decided to give Zina's a try and was pleasantly surprised. This salon is very clean and modern. Viola, the girl who does my nails, is awesome. Zina, the owner, does the best waxing. I had brazilian and brows done and it was THE BEST. I'm so glad I found this salon!

I had a great, honest conversation with Zina, the owner, after sending in a complaint letter. I'm glad that she finally got back to me. I know that running a business and keeping people happy is a difficult endeavor, and I appreciate that Zina took time out to explain the situation.

It turns out that most of the bad feelings on both sides would have been avoided by paying attention to the business policies. I'm glad that Zina explained the spa's side of the story.

I apologize for the harshness of my initial review toward Zina's character. It was wrong, and I'm sorry.

I had my first Brazilian at Zina's and although I'm really pretty shy and modest about those types of things, I felt entirely comfortable here and the process was quick and as painless as possible. I've been there several times since for waxing services - I've seen Carolyn, Zina and Amy and all are equally and highly skilled. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. I've been dying to try some of their other services. Highly recommended!

I went yesterday for my absolute first bikini/brazilian Wax.... such a pleasant Experience! I had Carolyn and she was the best... She talked to me through out and It wasn't bad at all! All construction is complete and the spa is absolutely gorgeous, 3 separate buildings converted to one spa. Gorgeous! This is my new spa !

I've been to this spa a few times. After reading some of the reviews on this site, I thought it was worth investing the money. I wasn't wrong. I had a very good experience and would definitely return once I'm in the Baltimore area again. I got my hair done twice and it looked PERFECT. I couldn't complain about anything. The other time I visited, I got other things and had the same experience. I definitely recommend this place. After reading the comments about Zina, I have to disagree, my experience w/ her was nothing but comfortable.

Great place to relax, get pampered... Painless facial and bikini waxing, great facial and complimentary manicure.. Would highly recommend to anyone who looks for place to relax and enjoy... Very hospitable staff.. Complimentary snacks. A+++++++++.

I got married Labor day weekend and decided to use Zinas day spa for me and my bridal party services. I was very pleased with hair updo for my wedding. ZIna's day spa employees were very pleasant, happy to do anything that i asked. The day of my wedding, the spa was opened very early just for me and my bridal party. We had complimentary breakfast of bagels/cream cheese with coffee. My husband had the complimentary manicure for free....I just got back from our honeymoon and pic proofs reminded me of my beautiful and memorable day. My hair, nails and make-up reminded me of how wonderfully we were treated.. Thumbs up

I looked for a great place to hang out with my girlfriend from Annapolis and used city search to read some reviews on pubs. Since I had an afternoon appt with Zina, I decided 'on my own' , and I stress it out 'on my own' to write about her... I was in the state of shock when started reading the reviews that seemed so be so unfair to me. It seems to me that it is written by the same, very distressed person.... I think i even who this person is.. THis is only could be done only by a person who is totally godless with no heart or soul. It is really a shame... I beleive it is the same person that Zina mistakenly, hired and believed into.. It is very pitiful that someone can have so much hatress within. Let me tell you the truth about ZIna. I know Zina 16 yrs. Zina is a very hard working person. SHe spends lengthly, lond days in her spa, trying to build it. I could easily say she lives there. She is totally great, incredibly educated and a very hard working. I have never met anyone trying so hard to please eveyone... She is incredible with waxing, and i am telling you from my personal experience, b/c i get so many compliments on my eye brows.. She is incredibly artistic and uses her skills in her work... She is so famous for her brazilian wax that I know people even from another part of the city schedule app'ts with her in advance...THe people love working for her, otherwise they would not. IT is as simple as that... SHe never asks anyone to write reviews. If people decide to do so, they do it on their own, from the bottom of their heart.. She never pushes into buying anything and carries in her shelves the top of the line brands. WHen you walk into the spa, you never want to leave, trust me. It is very upscaled, very clean. Zina always gives clients a break, she always gives them the insentives of coming back. All you need is to walk inside there, and you will be pampered from the head to your toes. A lof of her clients are word of mouth clients..

I've been going to Zinas Day Spa for over 5 years and really like this place. Evey time I walke inn, I am greeted with a smile and great attitude. Recently the spa have gone serious renovations and it looks amazing. Very upscaled surrounding gives a grand feeling. At Zina's you could always have some refreshments in case you are hungry. I tried different hair stylists and everyone has done a great job. I also get my facial waxing done here and it's been a great experience as well. All the services are performed in private, immac clean rooms and it makes me feel very comfortable. Two weeks ago, I got a facial and LOVED IT! They do a great job of relaxation and pampering.

Zina's was highly recommended for the brazilian wax. My friends were saying that she is the best one they ever had. It was hesitating for a while and this summer decided to go for it.. IT was great. Very painless and quick.. No redness or even irritation. WIll definatelly come back. I will be coming back regularly, once every 4-5 weeks. Great staff, clean and no hasstle...

I loved the attitude of people as you walk inn. Everyone is in a great mood and it conveyes to you right away. I felt very welcomed as soon as i showed up at the front door. Very personalized service and professional treatment. I would say that Zina's Day Spa far surpasses many others spa. It is very cozy and warm. Once you visit them you will return many times over. The manicures, pedicures, & massages ARE THE BEST. Waxes are very fast and totally painless.

I am very pleased with the treatment that i received at Zina's.. I had a sunday wedding and had a really hard time finding the spa where me, my family and my bridal party could all be accommodated... At Zina's we were pampered from the head to the toes.. We had man/ped, messages (that included complimentary sauna), and of course hair style..The spa is very well maintained, very clean and upscaled.. The staff is accomodating and willing to do anything to make you happy.

My family just moved to Canton Md 2 months ago from LA. I was in a search for a great spa and i was very happy that i found it. My next door neighboor suggested Zina's Day Spa and loved it from the first time i walked into it.. It is so awesome, and so much reminds me of my home.. It is spacious and tastefully decorated.. There are so many services and treatments. I had a great brazilian wax, quick and painless.. Zina ( I think she is the owner) made a great eye brow arch.. CLean, beautiful and very professional...

I have been using Zinas for a few months now, having received mani/pedis, bikini waxing, and a haircut. I am generally pleased with everything. The mani/pedis are some of the best around (I have tried several places around the city)...they last the longest and are very relaxing. One nail tech clipped my cuticles too much (lesson learned...ouch), but that was the only poor experience. The waxing is fantastic...the waxer put me completely at ease and was quick and super sweet. Finally, the haircut I received was exactly what I wanted, and I received a student discount to boot. It came to $25...cheapest I've paid for a good cut in years.

The only downside, as others have said, is that Zina herself can be kind of pushy and definitely seems to butt heads with the staff. I just stick firm to what I want...and the rest of the staff is really a pleasure. The salon is clean and well maintained (unlike the other Zenas in Mt. Vernon...yuck!), the other clientele friendly, and I always look forward to my upcoming appointments.

Pros: Great manicures & pedicures, waxing, and haircuts. Clean and well-maintained. Great staff.

Cons: Pushy owner. Expensive.

I recently visited Zina?s Day Spa & Salon in Canton. It was such a relaxing experience. While I was there I was greeted with friendly smiles and received outstanding customer service from everyone on staff. On my visit I received the best haircut and coloring I have ever had, which all my friends absolutely love! I also received some great education on maintaining my hair at home by my stylist. Now I have some new tricks to looking like I just stepped out of a salon, courtesy of Zina?s. I highly recommend coming to Zina?s to receive the hairstyle you?ve been dreaming of.

I have been going to Zina's Day Spa since the time they had first opened. I just love going to this place. Besides being always in a great spirit, the staff is very friendly and pleasant to be arround. They are always on the top of latest techniques in facials, massages and hair. The fun atmosphere and accomodating people with smile on their faces, make me want to come back there all the time. Zina tries to accomodate everyone that walks into her place. She has wide variety of business hours and will open for appointments even on mother's day Sundays. Recently the spa has been renovated with a really expensive decor.. Complimentary to messages, Zina offers to relax in the steam room and provides every client with robe and towels. The lounge area is just beautiful.. I will recommend this place for hair, bikini wax (definatelly the best, painless brazilian in town), manicure/pedicure, message and facial..

I came from NY and have been exposed to tons of places there. Being new here, i was afraid that i would not find a place like i was used living in Manhat. My coworker suggested Zina's Day Spa of Canton.
I loved everything about this spa. THe staff is incredible, treatment exquisite, theyprovide you with wine no matter what type of service you are getting. I was pampered with my spa pedicure.. The message was totally relaxing and revilizing.. My hair updo was amazing.. This is totally upscaled, great place if you want to relax and enjoy yourself... Oh, i almost forgot.. I have never and i mean never had such an incredible, painless Brazilian...ZINA(owner) had done it herself and she is totally awesome... I will definatelly come back.

it is all about service this days, isn't it... I visited this place for the first time with my mother and mother-in- law for mother's day... My Dear husband had treated us with gift certificates to Zina's Day Spa for mother's day... Since i live in Pikesville, I really wasn't aware of this spa.. We love Canton and during one of the dinner's he dissappeared and i guess this is when he got the certificates for us.. He told me that he wasn't sure what type of package to get and the owner of the place was really helpful . At the end, he got each of us a message, spa manicure/pedicure and mini facial... our package also included great crab cake lunch... We really liked the place, environment and people working there... Everything was aimed to make our experience in the spa amazing... The staff was amazing. The place is spacious, clean and pleasant. Our mini facials were very relaxing...

I started going to Zina's day spa in Canton since the time they had opened.. THe staff is truly incredible. My hair stylist is awesome. Zina is very nice and treats me like a family every time i enter the door of her spa. THe manicures and pedicures are out of the world... I get monthly brazilian wax and every time it is perfect...
For my wedding, my whole wedding party had make-up application, hair style, and french manicure/ pedicure. It was great...

I always have the most incredible time at Zinas Day Spa.My manicures are done so well by a very nice Russian woman named Luba.I also like Zinas brazillians .I have been going there for awhile, since it was recommended to me by my sister.I agree with the other reviews... having tried a facial with that Swedish girl now..all I can say is WOW!!I have died and gone to heaven!!I have a VERY stressful job and that facial just made my day!! What an experience and what a great Spa!I will be your loyal customer forever.Hair,make up,facials,waxing, you name it.I Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had a facial at Zinas by "Rebecka" who told me she is from Sweden. and I will send everyone I know to go there!!!!I have NEVER had such a great facial and felt so relaxed.It was something else!!!!So much care. Not just some cream slapped on my face but, incredible massage as well!!!I also liked the way "Nicole" did my hair and my eyebrows always look great no matter who does them .The salon is nice and I am always greeted with a smile and happy faces.Thanks Zinas!!!!You're the best!!!

Just wanted to say that I had the most wonderful experience at Zinas Day Spa.This lady Viola gave me the best and longest lasting pedicure I have ever had.The waxing is fab!The staff is so warm and welcoming .I also had the best facial of my entire life by this Swedish girl.( and I have been to many Spas all around America from Arizona to New York).The owner of the Spa is a bit intense but I quickly learned that its all warm, loving care.Even though I like a fancy Spa I dont like places with stuck up people( and there is no such thing at Zinas).Everyone is very low key and loving and I have nothing bad to say at all.That facial alone left me euphoric for days after.I will certainly be back for more and other services.Thanks Zinas and good luck with the build out!(I am sure it will be beautiful.)

Coming from LA with my two best friends, i was very surprised to find such a lavish Day Spa. THe hospitality of the staff made me feel so welcomed. As soon as we walked inn, we were treated with the warm smile of the receptionist. Hot coffee and bagels were offerred momentarily regardless of the services we were about to get... The owner of the spa introduced us with the body treatments, facial therapies, nail care and hair services offerred at her place.. She had an accent, so i would say, she comes from an European decent.. We decided to get a relaxation bliss package. It included spa manicure and pedicure (the best i've ever had), mini facial, body wrap and hair style... We also had an extremely tasty crab cake lunch... Highly recommend, you will have the best experience in a very welcomed and personalized environment...

I started going to Zina's Day Spa after my sister-in-law(who lives in Canton), highly recommended it for Brazilian wax and Facial . Since then, i attend this place at least once every two weeks... I always have a great experience with the staff. Three weeks ago, i booked the place on Sunday for a BIGGEST DAY OF MY LIFE - MY WEDDEING. The owner of the spa was very accomodating and made my day so special for me and my whole bridal party. We started our day really early with wonderful breakfast that was served to us at Zina's from Panera Bread. Eight of my girls had french manicures and pedicures done, their hair styled and make-up applied. I had a mini facial (that was a present for me from ZIna for my wedding, free of charge), eye brow waxed, hair styled, brazilian wax and of course - spa french manicure and pedicure. My make-up was applied so beautifully and i felt like a princess.

I have to tell you girls that this weekend i had the most amazing brazilian wax that anyone of us can ever wish for... It was so fast, and absolutelly NOT PAINFULL. For so many years I've been totally terrified with just a thought of having my bottom waxed. My girlfriend suggested me to try ZINAS DAY SPA in Canton a while ago and i finally decided to go for it... The staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I will definatelly come back to this spa with my mom for Mother's day. Oh, and my eyebrow arches look totally amazing...
