I had Casa Mechanical replace my entier A/C unit in May and I really appreciated their professionalism and also willingness to answer my questions. They provide excellent service, making sure that I was confortable with their work. My A/C unit is working fine and my experience with their staff was very good.

Casa has installed three central A/C units for us (at two different houses), and we have been continually impressed with their professionalism, their service and their prices. There is a lot of competition in this market, and we feel as though we've locked onto a winner. Their follow-up was great, and they made sure that we were satisfied before the job was through. We first heard of Casa when they installed the HVAC system in a large office building that our employer was building, and were pleased to learn that they did residential work as well. We make it a point to "buy local," and Casa makes that an easy maxim to follow. Because of complicated changes in federal laws with respect to refrigerants, we had a range of choices with our newest system -- Casa made it easy, and didn't over-sell us with more features than we needed. They helped us with the rebate paperwork, and the tax credits were received as advertised. Casa = full service!

Had 2 very good experiences. Showed up when they said they would. Very knowledgeable and explained our many options clearly. Bid was received right on time. Work was done cleanly, and right on time. We had 1 unit installed in 2009, then replaced the second this year. Both experiences were excellent. When we had a slight problem, customer service dispatched service in less than 24 hours. Customer service was very responsive to us.

Had a positive A/C experience from the dispatcher to the guys who showed up at the house. They were helpful and did a thorough job. I'm ready to use them again, this time for plumbing.

Casa is very nice and reliable. Have been using them for 3 years. now. They were on time and very nice. Also informed me about freon being taking off the market. Now I can already start saving for my new AC

I have bought a house that CASA has installed the AC unit in. When I called not only they expected me to wait all they Friday at home but also they charge outrageous amount.

From RR to Cedar Park only $69 LOL

and then every 15 min. I have never heard of this. I will never do business with them.

I have used CASA to do general maintainance on my AC unit twice a year. They've been fine at that. But when the compressor recently went out on my unit over the weekend and my family and I had to sweat through 95 degree inside our house I was less than pleased when on Monday they said it would take over a week to get out to our house and fix it. I know it's summer in Austin, TX and they must be busy, but can I really be expected to wait for a week. Needless to say they lost my business. I found another company that promises 24 hour service and I had a technician out to fix the problem within hours. By 2:00pm on Monday afternoon it was fixed. I won't be going back to CASA for any emergencies, or even general maintainance.

My 4 month old unit went out yesterday and since Casa installed it I called their afterhours number and was told that I'd have a tech here by "early afternoon" the next day. Sandy tells me that the ticket is for "no preference" and no one there can tell me when a tech will be available. Yea, I know it's hot and they're backed up but I've got a brand new defective unit that shouldn't have anything wrong with it. Demanded to talk to management and Joe Pringle resolved the issue. A big thanks to Joe but I shouldn't be given the run around and have to demand that someone in management get things done right.

I use to own rental properties - and often do property resales.
I have used Joe for many heating/ac & hot water heater replacements. I have found him, and therefore CASA, to be reasonable and reliable. I have always had prompt service when I need it. The service charges etc. are well within the margin charged by others. I PERSONALLY THINK YOU WILL NOT REGRET USING CASA. If you do -- Ask for Joe Pringle and tell him Sharon and Gary sent you. (No I do not get a kick back, I just want to let him know we are that satisfied with him and CASA.) God Bless.

and called CASA ... Few tips over the phone and we saved the service call. I still rate them on a 1 - 10 a 20. Reliable - Honest - Responsible. If you have a bad experience ... CALL THE MANAGEMENT. They will make it right. I have never had to .. but seems one person rating them did. I feel they would of had good luck to call Joe ... and had this situation checked into . We've had to deal with CASA for a rental house and a new construction house. Neither of the situations leave me with a warm and fuzzy feeling about CASA. The work is sloppy. The workers show up late, if it all. In fact, 3 straight times, the worker never even showed to fix a problem they created in the first place. And they won't even consider doing things a different way to try and please the customer. Their way or the highway.

PROS: None.
CONS: Not responsive, poor quality, tardy and AWOL workers.

If your airconditioner is on the fritz these are the people to call. The phone operators are very friendly and helpful giving you and accurate time when the service person will arive at your house. The service people are quick to identify the problem and then go to work fixing it.
