TERRIBLE DENTISTRY! If there were a 0-star rating, that is what I would give. Dr. Spencer installed a crown improperly and now my gums bleed every day because of it. (I have never had gum bleeding in the 33 years prior.) To boot, his dental assistant dropped my crown on the floor before installing it, and did not even wash it off before putting it in my mouth!! I nearly threw up. Dr. Spencer offered to fix the crown for free but would not give me a refund for the faulty work. I did not want him near my mouth ever again! Furthermore, he refused to put a non-mercury filling in my mouth. Feeling pressured, I trusted his judgment and now my filled teeth are extremely sensitive to heat and cold, which makes it difficult to enjoy my morning tea and any sort of cool treats.

Take my advice, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DENTAL WORK!!
