Receptionist was rude and now welcoming at all. She acted as if waiting on me is an imposition. I invest a lot of money at this vet's office and I do not appreciate unfriendliness and how they see you come in and don't speak. RUDE!
Also, taking my dog to the day care for the first time,she says, "this one (instead of her name) is going to the back &
I guess I have to set up all of these papers (which I brought in except the release in. Well, I guess you do if she is new!!!!
I was not oriented to where my dog would be going, etc
.The response in turning my dog over to the handler was pitiful.
Some of the staff are very nice & the doctor who sees my pets is great!!!!
Improvement on customer skills at the receptionist desk is greatly needed!!!!
I love taking my two dogs to the clinic. The staff is compassionate and caring. All of the doctors are well qualified and treat your animals with high skill and care. I reccommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pets as their children.

These are the best groomers they give the best care and attention to pet's needs. They always use the best products and attention to detail for my peke with special needs. They treat him like their own dog and love him as much as I do. When he is with them he feels at home and I feel conforted that they will give him the best care possible. They once noticed he had a medical problem that I didn't realize and the vet was able to care for it immediately, which made me feel even more appreciative of their expertise. I only wish I could take them with me on my travels across America, and I would never have to interview another Groomer again!
Pros: Best Groomers in Town!
Cons: Can't take them where ever I go!
