This company's customer service was not satisfactory. As a design professional un-returned phone calls and messages are inexcusable. To successfully run a business all clients with small or large projects deserve respect and appreciation. I do not recommend working with this company.

As a small business owner that works from home, I was looking for a work space to meet all of my storage needs. I had been pricing freestanding office desks at retailers for some time, but never found anything I was pleased with. The desk was actually less expensive than freestanding desks and was custom made to function for me. I was incredibly pleased with the professionalism of the design consultant, Lara Lasala. She was very thorough in our consultation. She took the time to explain the product, narrow down the details of the desk itself and she also prepared me for the installation process.

The installation was also a breeze. Lara made herself available to step in and oversee the installation, because I had to work. I was delighted to return home and see the finished product. The installers did a very clean job and left no mess behind. I can't wait to have them custom design my closets and install cabinet storage in the garage. I will definitely recommend Closet & Storage Concepts to clients, friends and family in the future. What an amazing experience!
