The absolute BEST car buying experience I have ever had. PERIOD. Samantha Sittlow was the most genuine and friendly person I have ever purchased a car from. She was extremely knowledgeable and made my wife and I feel totally comfortable right from the get go! She listened to what I had to say and found me the perfect vehicle! Kristen in the business office was a total gem as well. Walser Mazda is DEFINETLY doing things the right way. I had to drive 150 miles to get there but it was WELL WORTH IT!

Returned yesterday after buying a Mazda 6 two years ago, just looking at some of the deals they had going on. Had the fortunate luck of running into Samantha Sittlow who had actually sold me the Mazda 6, and we began discussing what my next purchase should be. Her hard work and dedication allowed me to walk away with a 2013 Mazda 3, and I couldn't be happier! Wonderful experience, same as the last time, and I will still recommend this dealer to my friends.

I have had all my routine service done at Walser Mazda. They keep me informed of recommended service intervals and give me the option to have work done elsewhere. (I have tire rotation done by my tire dealer.) They have been fair and responsive. When my "Check Engine" light comes on the get me in quickly. Then the clearly explain what the cause was and what corrective action they have taken or recommend. I have not had to ask questions about their explanations because they were easy to understand.

We had the most wonderful experience at Walser Burnsville Mazda on June 17th. We had family fly in from Mexico, Texas, and California the day before for our wedding festivities on Saturday the 19th. We had decided to entertain the family by tubing down the Cannon River out of Welch Village. Disaster struck and we lost the keys in the river. Everything was locked in my Mazda CX-9, our phones and our purses/wallets. It was a nightmare. I called the one number I could remember, my folks, from the tubing shack. Thankfully when web called Walser Burnsville Mazda, it was Nick Halvorsen who picked up the phone. What a wonderful asset his is to your dealership. He made time for my several phone calls and asked that we do what we could to make it out ASAP. The tow truck driver got us out there as soon as he could. It was closing time, but Nick made time for us. Nick wanted be sure that I could have my vehicle for wedding set-up the next morning. Everyone worked so hard and fast, we couldn??t believe how quickly everyone was moving! Before we knew it we were out of there.

I??m sure you??ve heard it many times, but I wanted to say it again. Your staff at Walser Burnsville Mazda blew us away. They were so friendly and hard working. We were VERY impressed.

Please consider honoring Nick Halvorsen for a job well done. Without him, our wedding would not have been the same! Because of his hard work and dedication to his customer, we were able to get out to the wedding site first thing the next morning. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I bought my used Mazda 6 here and was pleased with the price and the non-negotiating low price the first time atmosphere. I even started by going to have all the regularly scheduled check-ups, until I was told to replace the battery, flush the brake fluid, and replace an expensive oxygen sensor to get my engine light to turn off. It seemed like a lot of money and a lot of things that were wrong with the car all of the sudden, even though three months previous I was told the car was in remarkable shape. I got a second opinion at another mechanic and they charged me only $25 to test and see which oxygen sensor was causing the engine light to come on. Basically, I feel like they were trying to exploit my lack of knowledge for cars to gain more profit off of me, so I stopped going to this store for any regular maintenance.

I purchased a 2008 Mazda 3 on Friday Jan.15. I appreciated the sales person driving to my work to come and pick me up. The sales person was not helpful in terms of helping me decide between a new or used car or going through options, etc. I purchased the car I had originally selected, even though I had this uneasy feeling buying from a dealership I had never worked with and so far away from my house and work. On the weekend, I noticed a dent, not very visible on the roof of the car (perhaps from a baseball). I called in to report it and was wondering where I can take the car to get it fixed (I am pretty sure an easy fix, because there is no chip or paint removed). First the sales woman, then the manager Rick McLarry told me their used cars are sold as is as far as cosmetics go and that sure I could bring it in to a Walser collision center and he can get me a price quote. What??? I paid $16000 and he thinks if the customer did not see it on the lot, then it is too late??? I would never have bought it had I seen that dent when I was at the dealership and they did not disclose it. It was not a $3000 used car....I had to finance it.

I am so disappointed at the customer service at this place. I will never do business with them and I do not recommend this dealership. Just a bad taste in my mouth....a bad experience. Next time I will stick with regular Lupient dealerships and higher class customer service of Infiniti that keeps bringing me back to them.
