After cancelling my service last year, they showed up again today and mowed (without my permission) over freshly seeded yard. Detail was marginal at best, but they cut the grass too low which was in part why my lawn died last summer while i was gone.

No attention to detail at all. Hispanic crew has no clue as to how maintenance should be preformed on property. Don't recommend for service.
