Upon adopting our first puppy, we were referred to JCV. This clinic stands out for its superior quality and exceptional care towards the pets and their owners. Every staff member we came in contact with was very personal. I have recommended JCV to all my friends.

This is a great vet. They really do care about your pet. Their customer service is also wonderful. They will even give you a printed out estimate of costs. My puppy never even flinches when he's given a shot or having his temp taken.

Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Hargett, has been a blessing to my family. He was there for us 24/7 when my Bella's shar pei fever became severe. I would not bring my pets to anyone one else. I recommend Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic to anyone who wants competent, quality vet care with a doctor and vet techs that go above and beyond! I just can't express how great this place is. Dr.'s Hargett and staff are great. Have taken all three of my dogs there for >10 years always recieved great and caring service. Great group of folks that really show they care and are a absolute pleasure to work with. They treat your pet like it was theirs, offer multi-pet discounts, monthly specials, work with you on medication costs, referral bonus... Seem to be up on the latest methods, works with you if you need a referral and even calls after your visit to make sure everyone is OK. Could not be more positive about the clinic - a great local business!

We discovered Johns Creek Vet Clinic when our outdoor cat was attacked a few years ago. It was after 6:00pm, and most places were closed. Fortunately for us and Cleo, JCVC was open. Dr. Hargett calmed us by letting us know that they would take good care of her and they did! We have just recently added a new puppy to our family. During her spay, Dr. Hargett took every precaution to ensure that Charlie Girl would be fine. Drs. Hargett and their staff treat each pet as if they were their own. We love them!

They are a very compassionate practice. They have preformed several surgeries on my dog.

I've been taking my pets to them for 5 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have been very pleased with the friendly staff and professional service at Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to provide individualized care and to explain any issues and answer any questions. The entire staff clearly cares for the animals they treat. We have used other vets for prior pets and believe that we receive excellent care at JCVF.

This veterinary clinic is absolutely amazing. The clinic is super clean, the staff are super friendly, and their products they have on sale are super useful. I've always had a great experience with them and totally trust them treating my cat. When my cat was diagnosed with kidney failure they were very kind and helped me with understanding what was wrong and what to do about it. They've always got great deals going on with their baths and salon works as well. I really like this clinic, and you should definitely check them out!

Excellent care and very kind. When we have to travel, we board our puggle and she is always happy and healthy on our return. The staff are friendly and helpful. We live in downtown Alpharetta and it is worth the extra miles for the wonderful care!!

Johns Creek Vet Clinic is like no other. Then Dr. and staff treat us like family. Everyone is friendly and you can really tell they enjoy seeing my dog. It's a great feeling to board her there knowing how much time the staff spends with her!

I've been taking my dog, Max to JCVC for 5 years now. From the ladies behind the desk to the groomer to the kennel keepers, they are the best. The doctors are amazing, they even call to make sure my dog is feeling better if he's ever been for a sick visit. Can't imagine taking Max to another vet, they are like family.

This is my first cat. I never knew how important the Veterinary Clinic could be to a pet owner until NOW! Priscilla goes here for health care and spends time with them while I travel. She is NEVER nervous when I take her in and all the staff make me feel like she is the most important pet there! I never leave not understand health reviews or with an uneasy feeling about how they cared for Priscilla. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR PET!

I just moved to the area and was in search for a vet home for my "Lilly". I found Dr. Hargett and his Great Staff. I cannot say enough about this practice they were awesome and I would choose them again.

I absolutely "Love" the Doctors and Staff of JCVC. From the time we walked in the office the Customer Service was " Great " and the fact that the office smelled great was just a plus. We saw Dr. Hargett for our first visit for puppy boosters and he was great. I came to the office unsure of how to care for my puppy and left there left an expert on puppy health. Thanks Dr. Hargett for being so knowledgeable and for your staff being so customer friendly. I give you guys FIVE STARS!!!!

Great clean atmosphere. This clinic not only has the most friendly customer service, but also offers premium coffee while visiting. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

I just had to let the pet lovers of the world know of my great experience at at my new vet in Johns Creek, GA!! I have a NOT so friendly kitty that was in need of attention for a lump under her skin. Well, the very helpful staff at Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic came to my rescue. I feel my pet received "Top Notch" care. From the time I walked in the door until the time I checked out, we were treated like family. Thank you so much Dr Lorie Hargett! My cat thanks you too. You have a very caring and helpful staff. The doctors and staff are so wonderful and caring! They really go the extra mile to care for all their "patients".

My family and I have an 11 year old golden retriever, that weighs about 75lbs and was having trouble breathing. We called up Johns Creek Vet Clinic (as of yet we were not clients there) and asked if they could help us get our pet to their facility because he was in need of immediate help. I was home alone and physically could NOT pick up my dog. When I explained my situation to the secretary, she was extremely polite and asked if I would hold while she would see what she could do. After waiting for couple minutes the secretary picked up and informed me that a technician would be right over to help. After giving her my address with in 15minutes not only was a technician knocking on my door, but so was the doctor. He wanted to be there in case my pet needed immediate help. Because of the length this clinic went through to ensure my pets health, I don't think I could ever go to a different clinic. My pet now is healthy and happy thanks to this wonderful clinic. I can't thank them enough for their kindness towards my pets and towards my family. They truly are one of a kind and I'm so happy to have found them.

We just picked up my brother's 2 friendly lab mix dogs after boarding for 6 days and they were in horrible condition. They drank a large bowl of water when they got in the car and defecated 3 times. One of the dogs was so dehydrated that our regular vet had to give her IV fluids. The staff wasn't even aware if they had eaten yet today or not. I am a vet student and this is pure neglect. The owners of this clinic will hear from me.

A great place for pets & their owners!! I am always welcomed in and my pets are happy to go see everyone there. I've used probably all of the services offered by the clinic from annual routine care, boarding & grooming, to minor and major surgeries. All with great results. My pets & I have been going to JCV for 5 1/2 years and I have extreem confidence in the entire staff. Dr. Hargett, Dr. Lorie & Dr. Kim are all so kind and caring. They have helped me so very much over the years. I love this place and highly recommend them to everyone!!!

From the moment I walked into the animal hospital, everyone was glowing and happy... the doctors were very informative and with it being my first time at an animal with my first dog I was scared.... they made everything very comfortable and I was even greeted with a cup of hot coffee!! I just know that this will be my animal hospital for life!!

Since moving here from Ohio there are many things that I had to find NEW. A veterinarian was one such thing. After a lengthy search, I found Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic. Yes it s a bit of a drive but well worth it. From the moment I step through the door I knew I'd found the best place for my pet. All satff members from beginning to end were helpful and knowledgable. Alll questions I had, however crazy they may have seemed, were answered in a sincere way. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone in a heartbeat. THANK YOU one and al!!

I received a hamster as a gift from friends and let me tell you I was CLUELESS on the care of anything other than a goldfish (and I' ve had many a goldfish) so I was apprehensive about the whole deal. I searched the internet and called a few clinics in my area to see who might be able to do a wellness exam on my new friend. The best answer I received was from a clinic that was going to be quite a drive for me. I ventured out to JOHNS CREEK VET CLINIC and I needed to let everyone know how happy I am that I did so. First of all it's the best smelling vet clinic I've ever walked into!! It's a converted house which added to my comfort. The receptionist at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I felt silly bringing such a small pet to see a doctor. The clinic has a doctor that specializes in exotic animals and little hamsters too. Dr. Arlene Kim did a thorough examine on my buddy and offered suggestions on care. Everything she has told me has worked and I' ve even had to call back a few times. dr. Kim would return my call before the end of that business day. Big UP's to the staff and doctors at J.C.V.C. for Lovin' My Hamster!!

All I can say is WOW!! I bring my beloved pitbull/boxer pup to Johns Creek and every time I go they let me in with open arms. The staff is so friendly and most importantly they take great care of my "baby". She loves it here and looks forward to coming. I gladly drive 45 minutes to this animal clinic jsut so my little "baby" has the best care.

We've been bringing both our English Bulldogs to Johns Creek Vet Clinic since we got them over 2 years ago. The care and attention we receive is superb. Our pets have seen all 3 doctors on staff and we have been thoroughly satisfied with their expertise, care and support of our dogs. Both of our dogs LOVE coming to Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic!

My husband and I have been taking our dog and cat to this clinic since the day we got them. Dr. Chad and Lori Hargett made us feel welcome from day one. Not only are these vets very knowledgable, they show a genuine concern for their well being. We live in Mableton, and I have no problem driving to Johns Creek, because I know that my pets (which are like my kids) are getting the very best care available. I would never entrust them with anyone but the vets of Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic.

Pros: The peace I feel knowing that my pets are getting the very best care.

Cons: I wish they had many locations so everyone could experience this clinic.

I own a dog, a cat and some reptiles and I have finally found a vet office that can care for all of them!
The entire staff from the front desk to the girls that take care of my dog when I board him are great! When I used to board my dog closer to home he would come home depressed and have tummy troubles every time. Now when I drop him off he is so happy to see his friends and when I pick him up he seems content with his stay and has yet to have a tummy episode. They know me, my two legged and four legged kids by name.
Dr Lorie has helped me tremendously with my German Shepherd's hip dysplasia. Dr Hargett diagnosed my cat with a disease that went undiagnosed for years with the other vet I was using. He finally is 100% better. Dr Kim has helped me tremendously with the tons of questions about my reptiles. The technicians are first rate! They have been very patient with my nervous kitty on several occasions.
I came across this place by word of mouth from several of my co-workers and my doctor who has been going there for years. I love this vet. They are all just good people that love animals and fortunately dedicate themselves to high quality progressive medicine.
In short, I would recommend this place to anyone that wants excellent care for their pets and make some friends along the way.

Pros: All my different pets, each with differnt needs, can get stellar care under the same roof!

Cons: I work in the area which makes it convenient, but live in Woodstock.

We have used the doctors for our dogs and cats care for years and have always been treated professionally and with great compassion shown to our pets. We have boarded out pets during multiple vacations and have never had any problems. Our pets actually like going there. They come home happy and clean. I live in St. Ives Country Club and am aware of the incident regarding the lost dog from boarding. The dog was found in St. Ives by the staff from Johns Creek and was recovered unharmed. I witnessed Dr. Hargett and his staff searching tirelessly to find the lost dog. The Johns Creek area was plastered with reward and lost dog signs immediately after the pet was missing. Again we have always had wonderful treatment at Johns Creek veterinary Clinic and I am happy to recommend it to my friends.

We had used JCV Clinic because it was so convenient to our home. We boarded our beloved and 7 yr old Yellow Lab at JCV Clinic while on a weekend vacation where she mysteriously passed away. Heartbroken, we told our story to friends, who coincidently had heard other stories of the similar happenings at the very same clinic. Just this past weekend, we learned that a family had boarded their Boxer at the JCV Clinic. Unfortunately, while driving home, they received a similar call to the one we received while boarding our dog. Somehow, a "tech" left a cage open and the dog was "gone" the next morning. I have witnessed to many terrible experiences to be able to recommend Johns Creek Vet Clinic to anyone. We are now using Jones Bridge Animal Hospital in Alpharetta.

Pros: convenient to our home and Sunday pick-up for boarders

Cons: Boarded dogs mysteriously die or go missing
