DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. During a regular grooming appointment, they cut a 3" x 1" chunk out of the side of my dog, that went more than 1/4" deep. After declaring it an accident caused by the groomer/tool, the owner went on to shrug his shoulders and say "it is what it is", and that I was responsible for any vet bills to care for him. He proceeded to say the issue was my fault, since there was evidently a matted section of hair, because I wasn't bringing him in often enough! Seriously???
After $200 in vet visits, stitches, antibiotics, pain killers, and 3 weeks of healing.. we're finally at a point that we can take the protective cone off his head to continue healing. I've never been so disgusted with the way this was handled!!! I never write reviews but I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
