Top Nails is just as quick and accomodating as any mall salon with out the high price and bad acrylics. When I say bad acrylics I mean the breakable and flimsy pop off kind. The only reason i gave 4 stars not five is because i find even when I call ahead make an apt I end up waiting for 20 min.
