The vehicle was fixed properly and I thank Mr. Mike Ranier for the service he always provide. He is and excellent person and staff member. He is always so professional and takes very good care of the customer. I also am very impressed with the shuttle service. Thank you very much.
Your staff acted very professional and helpful doing the entire process. Very happy with our salesman and your financial department. Part of the reason your dealership made this sale was that they allowed my wife to drive the car without a salesperson riding along. She feels alot more at ease in a new car when she is driving without someone in the car she is not familiar with. The Acura dealership in town has lost 2 new car sales from our family because of their policy of a sales person must be present doing the test drive. Several of our friends have expressed the same feelings... so hopefully you won`t change your dealerships policy. We might be talked in to purchasing a ZR1 at some point. As long as you keep the same atmosphere and buying experience we will be back.
It was a great pleasure working with Matt Williams. He was an excellent salesman. He explained all the differences between the 2 models we were interested in and let us make an informed purchase. He did not try and sway us into purchasing the more expensive model. He was prompt in returning the numerous emails back and forth and made the entire experience great.
After accepting the new vehicle I noticed a fracture in the right front bumper and spoke with Chris Anderson from South Point. He had the vehicle repaired and was extremely helpful. Even though I was upset that the vehicle was damaged he stood by the repair and promised that if a problem arises he will take care of it.
