Justin arrived at our home last night around Feb 13, 2013 @ 7:30-8:00pm. Just wanted to let you know that he did an outstanding job. Very courteous and took the time to explain what was happening. He suggested we have our sewer drain scoped, thus possibly preventing a major expense if we were to replace said sewer line. We have scheduled this for Monday at 3:00 pm .
I don't normally write accolades for services rendered, but in this case, Justin just an outstanding job and it was a pleasure to have him resolve our problem. I will recommend ARS to my friends. Actually, I met Justin when he was working at our friends home, just two homes up from us. Marion Vail. She too was very impressed with Justin's work. Not to mention that your prices are very fair for us retired types.

Michael H. from ARS went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. As he was leaving our home after a furnace inspection, he noticed the oil spots on our driveway. I explained to him that we were very upset about it and he told me that he had an idea of how to get the stains off. Low and behold, he was at our door today with a product he had purchased to remove oil spots from cement. After several applications, scrubbing it with a wire brush, then hosing it off, there is a big improvement. It is a joy to know that just as your card states, you really do provide exceptional service. I plan to spread the word.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Mike Maurer, Service Tech who came out to our home on 10/28/2011, to service our furnace. In his findings he discovered that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and had to Red Tag it due to Carbon Monoxide and water leakage. The furnace is located in the crawl space under the house and this was a good thing it was located there. Had it been inside the house we might not be alive to type this letter.

My wife had been experiencing headaches and blurred vision for about 2 weeks and we couldn??t understand why. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike Maurer for coming out and saving us. Also another thanks to Mitch and Brian who came out to install the furnace. It was done in a timely manner and both were very professional. Once again thank them for a job well done, and you should be so proud to have great people working for you.

I just want to thank Troy for the excellant support that he provided us with when we had to deal with the City of Westminster when they relined the sewers and sealed of the tap. Google search for 24 hour plumber brought me to Rescue Rooter. I called, was able to get a technician at my house in 1 hour but opted for the next time slot. Plumber was early, yet I was running a little behind. He waited 30 minutes for me, was polite, pleasant and had a clean appearance. Our main sewer line was backed up with a vengeance (known issue of a root invasion that I neglected). Joe was patient, chopped up my roots and pulled out the "flushable wipes" that were clogging the line. I asked him to inspect my basement drain because it wasn't draining. He went down and spent over an hour trying to unclog the basement drain. IT WAS BAD!!! It hadn't drained properly since we bought the house 2 years ago. Joe tried and tried and finally blew threw the clog of hardened clay/dirt. I was surprised he didn't give up but he kept at it and cleared the basement drain. Re-did the main line twice to cut through even more roots and the total cost was only $176 for over 2 hours of his work.
Plus he offered to have them come video camera inspect the lines for free. I am VERY thankful that ARS Rescue Rooter was able to help me the Saturday of Memorial Weekend and didn't charge me extra for coming out at 8pm..?

I made a request for quote for new ac and furnace through Home Depot and this is the company they set me up with. 2 weeks later ARS called to confirm the appointment and 30 minutes later I got a call telling me that they couldn't do the consultation until my husband could be present. I find this to be not only ridiculous, but sexist and offensive. Once the manager Gary got on the phone, 3-way with Home Depot, he went further to say that it is company policy for the husband to be present because otherwise "they get too many calls with questions". This is the 4th hvac contractor that I was to meet with and no others made the request that my husband be present. By the tone of the manager, I have no doubt that if a male had made an appoinment request, they wouldn't require his wife to be there. Again, I find this requirement to be sexist and extremely offensive.
After doing a little research on this company I found that they have only received 1 star across the board on Yelp, 25 complaints with BBB in the past 3 years, 12 of those were in the last 12 months, 17/25 complaints were with products/service. They have also received 12 complaints on the Ripoff Report. I also found that they are not NATE certified...pretty standard for hvac contractors. I find it hard to believe that this is the partner that Home Depot chose for Denver. Either Home Depot doesn't do their research or they just don't care. This has really changed my opinion of Home Depot.

Just had my furnace repaired by ARS tech Chris. He was very knowledgeable, checked all devices, and showed me a variety of options for replacement and service. We discussed financing options as well. After selecting from my options, my entire house was heating a very short time later. He is an excellent tech and even filled in for a 'Comfort Specialist' that was unavailable due to his wife going into labor. Kudos!

Your service tech, Mr. Chris Van Meter was excellent! This was an emergency week-end call (no heat); and his response to my home was prompt and courteous. (In no way did I ever feel this was an "inconvenience" late on a Sunday afternoon). He had to return the next day to actually repair the furnace. He was extremely courteous, and exceptionally professional. He explained every step to me, and even warned be before-hand about unusual noise. (hyper animal shares home). I requested extra business cards and believe me, when a co-worker asks for a reference, I plan to hand them one of his cards and highly recommend both Chris and your company. In an era when "customer service" sometimes seems like it no longer exists, many businesses could take lessons from your employees and Mr. Van Meter. I will not hesitate to call you again with any future problems. In fact, due to Mr. Van Meters excellent explanations of cost savings (and the age of my furnice and a/c ) I also purchased one of your inspection agreements. It is indeed a pleasure to deal with exceptional service people and companies.
