Best Buy

I bought a 47" Sony LCD 47" tv from the N Decatur location. They didn't have one in stock. So set up a delivery date and time. The next day, they called my son to confirm the date and time. The delivery for the following Monday. I called the day before to make sure they brought a big enough truck to take his old big screen tv and again re-confirmed date and time. On Monday, when they hadn't come, my son and I both called and were told that the schedule got mixed up due to a new computer program. Again was assured it would be delivered by 5pm. At 5, no one showed up. I called and they said they would have it there by 9pm that night. Then at 8:45, the gal called me and said they couldn't deliver it until the next morning. All the while, my son didn't leave his residence for fear of missing the delivery. The next morning, they arrived with the TV and couldn't take the old big screen as they brought a small van. They ended up picking it up that evening at 9:30pm. We have bought several products from Best Buy in the past and this was the worse service ever.
