ooooh. that felt good. I wound up going to get a massage to help me relax from a really bad week I was having. I felt very welcome from the time I set foot in the door until I left. I was pampered. The massage was wonderful and relaxing. it was a tough week, so this was the perfect way to start the weekend.
The location is close to my home which is a plus. The staff and therapists are always prompt and pleasant. Yesterday I had a very good, relaxing massage with Kimberly Renik. I recommend signing up!
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, location, hours
I have been going to Massage Envy for about a year now and happened to schedule an appointment with Nichole this last week. I was very impressed with her ability to read my body and find all of the week and sore spots. I will definitely try to continue going her. Thank you Nichole!
Pros: Safe, clean, warm environment
Very sweet disposition. Both my husband & I have had massages by Tami and REALLY enjoyed them.
She works on the needed spots and applies proper amount of pressure. I feel no pain, just relief.
Pros: great pressure / no pain.
I look forward to my massages every month! The best thing I have done for myself was becoming a member. Kudos to Nichole for being an All Star!!
Pros: relaxing, clean rooms, professional, caring, personalized
My husband Wayne and I have been going to Massage Envy for a long time. We have never had a bad massage ever. You cant beat the price it's great. The girls in the front are so welcoming and nice. Nichole really knows how to get those knots out. She is great.
Pros: So relaxing
Ken's a great masseuse, he really has helped my neck and shoulder problems. I highly recommend him!
Pros: Ken gives a great massage! He really helps my neck.
Cons: Call ahead for an appointment
I love to go there and I count the days down when my massage is coming up. My therapist Jamie Rumenapp is the best. If you join Massage Envy get your own girl as I need to keep her free for myself :). I have been going there for a couple of months now and the experience is always great. You should try it!
Pros: Strong massage, clean inviting place, nice people
Cons: I do not think there is any
I have gone to Massage Envy Mission Viejo North for over a year now and I won't go any where else! Jamie Rumenapp is the best. She quicky finds the stress points and customizes the massage to relieve the muscles around the stress points. One hour with Jamie is better than all the time I have spent in physical therapy to alleviate pain!
Pros: Professional staff; pleasant atmosphere; Good value
Tried out this place on a whim. The intro massage rate is undeniably excellent, but you have to sign up for a year's membership in order to keep that rate. Otherwise, the price jumps to double.
I only wanted to try out their place, and the massage was decent, though nothing extraordinary. The girl at the front desk tried to push the membership on me. After telling her twice that I wasn't interested, she pulled a face at me and whined "why not?" It really ruined the experience for me, seeing as I went there to relax.
Pros: good price for 1hr massage
Cons: year-long contract, pushy front desk
My husband and I did a couples massage and were very impressed by the service and overall experience at Massage Envy. We both enjoyed our massages and will definitely be back again.
Michael Surenor was incredibly professional and excellent. Having only worked with female therapists, my comfort level was never compromised, I look forward to my next appointment with him.
Massage Envy offers the best deal in town for a massage if you promise to purchase 12 massages at $ 59 per hour over the course of a year. The facility in Mission Viejo (off Los Alisos) is modern, clean and professional in a quiet shopping center. The therapists are EXCELLENT and I used my membership at facilities in Santa Barbara and La Jolla this year and was not disappointed!n While I don't like getting roped into a contract for the year, I will say that it has forced me to get more massages wihich is a definite plus.
Pros: Best Price for a Quality Massage
Cons: Year Membership Required
You can't beat this place. The massages are so affordable & the quality is unbelievable. Whatever you do, book with Ken Brodhagen. He is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had...& I've had a lot. I'm glad I joined Massage Envy & look forward to many more sessions there.
Pros: Great value
Cons: There's only 1 Ken Brodhagen
Staff is very friendly and appointments are flexible. The best massage I've ever had. I've been going every other week.
Pros: Great service, great people, great massages!
Great atmosphere. It's nearby and accessible. The couple's room is great.
Pros: Nearby, Great membership price
Cons: It's not a spa and thus doesn't have the amenities
I always have a great experience.
I was able to receive a massage convenient to my schedule.
The clinic design is professional, warm and clean.
Imelda my therapist provides me with a wonderful massage every time.
I will go out of my way to recommend Imelda to a friends.
Pros: I have had many of massages but Imelda is great!
Thanks Imelda !! Since getting massages, my daily aches and pains are gone Thanks again Imelda !!!
Pros: Feeling Great
I have received many massages over the years, but none compare to Imelda. Her massage is firm but incredibility
relaxing as well. My wife and I alternate Friday's and like Imelda's massage so much that we have a standing time each week.
I came in with all sorts of knots in my shoulders. I left completely relaxed! Awesome massage.
Pros: I highly recommend that you request Emilda
Ken Brodhagen is awsome!!!
Pros: The best
this place is pretty great! Recommend Laurie Gertz as your therapist.... she is so sweet and made me very comfortable! I was hooked from the start!!!
Pros: nice people, good prices
Cons: a bit pushy on signing up for memberships
I love the idea that ME is selling. Sign up and get a massage every month. If you skip a month, you bank that massage. I cancelled my gym membership and got this instead. Request Ken Brodhagen. He's great for really sore muscles!
Pros: Good wellness program
Cons: Hard to get a live person on the phone
Laurie is beyond great, she's excellent... She listens and combines your wishes with her assessment and delivers a massage - wow!
I thought becoming a member of the center would be enough, because I would be required to come each month and use more services. But, they are aggressive with asking for more money on top of your membership cost. I didn't factor that into my budget (:(
Pros: Everyone is a QUALIFIED massage therapist
Cons: They're aggressive about asking for 20% tip on full price
This place is almost too good to be true, but it's not! I signed up -- reluctantly -- for the year contract not liking to be committed to something that automatically debits my cc monthly, but it has proven to be the best thing ever! I purposefully tried several diff. therapists when I first signed up, and honestly they were all AWESOME! Find the one you like and then request them, but you don't have to... you can never go wrong. You simply cannot get a quality 50-min. massage for $59.00 or $39.00 anywhere! You cannot NOT afford to join this place! Your health depends on it. Join this place instead and stay out of the doctor's office. Also, the manager Marvin is so nice and flexible and all the receptionists are very sweet! The ambiance is terrific.
(I will hesitantly tell you that my fav. therapist is Michael S. - But I hope now he doesn't get too busy that he can't fit me in his schedule! HA!! )
Pros: Can't beat the quality for this price
Cons: Signing up for a year the first year/CC monthly debit
This is a great concept to have a flat-rate massage you can use whenever you want. They are as good as any of the $100/hr spas. Ask for Jen, she is wonderful. You owe it to try this service.
Pros: Great Value and Excellent, Professional Service
Cons: I don't have time to go every week
