A French-Mediterranean inspired restaurant located in the charming village of Point Loma. Roseville has quickly catapulted itself into San Diego's diningscene as the hottest new restaurant in the city. Roseville sets the tone for an elegant yet casual dining experience with over-sized , white plush booths create private alcoves for your intimate dining experience. Roseville's two private dining rooms offer complete exclusivity for both your business and your personal occasions.

Point Loma's neighborhood brasserie blends French classics with lighter, local seafood selections in an upscale, rustic space.

The Inside Scoop

  1. Fun Fact - Roseville is the latest installment from restauranteur George Riffle, previously of of Quarter Kitchen, Blanca and others.
  2. Know Before You Go - Specials rotate daily; Monday's $16 Meyer Angus beef burger is our favorite, the least expensive by far.
  3. Look Good - Typical of the Point Loma neighborhood, the vibe at Roseville is far from stuffy or fancy, but it is decidedly nicer than nearby seafood shacks and hotel restaurants. T-shirts and flip flops, or just-off-the-boat windbreakers won't cut it.

Wonderful New Point Loma Restaurant

by Mary O. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 2,412

A great new restaurant just opened in the Point Loma area called Roseville. Roseville serves dinner Monday through Saturday from 5:30pm, and brunch on Sunday starting at 10:30am. Their menu reflects seasonal French-Mediterranean cooking, from a classic Duck Confit to a local Fish 'Crudo' of the Day. The atmosphere is upscale brasserie, with soothing colors, rich fabrics, an antique copper ceiling and warm, friendly service. This place is sure to be a success, so make your reservations now before the waiting list begins!
