I cannot express how happy I am with my new flooring. From beginning to end I was pleased. I discussed our needs with Anthony and his sales representative and they were very helpful in recommending the right options for our household. I was ecstatic that samples were brought to my home and I did not have to travel to their shop as I am in Maryland and rush hour traffic is not easy. They listened and did not push on anything we did not need. They actually recommended better options for us that could meet our budget.
The install day came and the crew was just as courteous and professional as the sales team. All done in a few hours and delivered just as they found it. They moved all they heavy stuff and put it back in place. You would have had no clue that installers were here just hours before. I am so pleased with their work I cant wait to start doing additional improvements to my home. I also do have to comment they installed the carpet better than my builder when I bought the house new 5 years ago. I feel like I walked into a new house again. If I ever need any flooring done I know where to go and I know who to recommend. Fantastic work!

Poor customer service. Scheduling didn't go well. Finally, the day of installation arrived and they didn't. They weren't proactive about dealing with the mishap. I had to contact them. I grew tired of waiting for return calls. I always had to call them back to get any kind of follow-up. In addition, there was some unwarranted rudeness. For whoever reads this, just go with someone else. There a number of carpet installation companies and Home Depot. I wouldn't use Next Day again. Try your luck with someone else.

I love my new carpet! The installers were very professional. They even vacuumed and cleaned up behind themselves. VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEXT DAY CARPET EXPERIENCE! i'm so gratefull.

had my in-laws flying in on a friday and our carpet was a mess.
we called nextday carpet on wednesday and they had tony the sales rep over the same day he gave us a great price on replacing the carpet for the whole house and was able to have it done the nextday by thursday evening i was so greatfull. i will recomend nextday carpet to anyone in need of help with flooring

Great! company to work with we had josh from nextday carpet & flooring replace the carpet in our basement it was great the installers showed up on time moved our furniture and put down our new carpet we are so happy with the job they did downstairs we are having them do our upstairs as well. three of our neighbors have also used them and had similar experience

I was initially very impressed with my experience with the company. The sales agent Josh arrived on time, was very charming, agreed to match any competitor's discount, emailed my a written estimate that very afternoon and I went with them despite getting another very similar quote. Josh also said that the work would be easy and quick, given that it was just a small kitchen and basement. He also informed me that someone would contact me the previous day with a window of time for the installation. No one ever did and that should have been the first sign.

I took the day off to be home for this and at around 2p.m. called Josh and asked him for an ETA. He said that the workmen were finishing up another job and they would be there in 45 minutes or less. Two hours later, I called Josh again and he told me that the previous job was taking longer and that they would definitely be there in the next hour or so and that since my job was easy, that they should be done quite soon. Another hour went by and then I called Josh and was told that they would come the latest by 7 p.m. I asked him who I should call in the event that no-one showed up and he said you can call me on my cellphone and I will guarantee that it will happen tonight.

By that time, I had to cancel the dinner plans that I had. The installer who did not speak much English then called me directly to ask me whether I could do it the next day Saturday. Since, I already has appointments scheduled for that day, I said no, I had been promised that it be done on Friday and I wanted the job completed that day. The installers finally arrived at 8:15 p.m. and told me that they would need to finish the job the next day. I said that it was unacceptable and if that were the case, he needed to call his office and give me a discount for the inconvenience. He didn't understand a single word that I was saying, so I tried calling Josh several times but got his voicemail and left several messages for him. The installer who didn't understand a word I said called the office as well and they left abruptly.

Then Tony called me and asked me if I'm home that evening and whether I can do the work if the installers arrive at my house right then. I said that I was home but I wanted it completed that night. He said a crew was right by my house and they would be there in 20 minutes. 9 p.m. comes along with no crew in sight and I called Tony and told him that I didn't want them coming later than that and being at the house until 12 midnight. I said that I wanted to cancel the order and would go with someone else. Tony informed me that I couldn't do that since they had already purchased the materials. I said that I wanted an additional $100 discount (I should have asked for more given all the ultimate hassles) and that if they didn't show up at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning that I would call my credit card company and cancel. I asked him to put it in writing in an email and he said that he didn't have access to email but would text me and hid did.

The installers did show up around 9:30 the following morning. By 3:00 p.m. they had only installed the Pergo flooring in my small kitchen.After they were finished, the installer asked me whether they could finish the basement another day. I said that everything had to be finished that day since I could not take another day off. Around 4:30, he said that they were done and I went to look at the basement. It was installed but the steps leading downstairs was not. The installer told me that he had "run out of carpet" and could he do it another day as he needed to go home to get additional carpeting. I said no that it had to be done that day and soon as I had evening plans that I didn't want to cancel again. I was very frustrated by that point and called Tony and he sounded frustrated as well and said that he would speak to the installer and then speak to me. Tony then got back on the phone with me and said that there had been a "misunderstanding" and that some people try to get additional carpeting done without paying for it and that it wasn't in the work order that was given to the installer. The installer then asked if they could have a lunch break and be back in an hour. I said no, that I needed to be somewhere and they had to complete everything by 6p.m. They then installed the carpeting on the stairs and were done by around 5:30 that evening (according to Josh a 3 hour job!) -

I scheduled my free estimate online in the mourning and by the way u save an additional $250 for scheduling online . Met with their sales guy the same mourning and had my condo re carpeted by that evening we spent $ 786 total.

Loved the fast and convenient service.Our home was going on the market and we needed to replace our carpets we met with tony the nextday carpet consultant. He helped us pick the right carpet at the right price. Carpet was installed within 24 hrs. The installers moved all our furniture. And we did not even miss time from work we let them in the mourning of and they were done with the install and moving our furniture back by the time we got home from home we spent $1500 for carpet in a three bedroom house. My parents are also using them for there home per our recommendation.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering with them. Unfortunately, I had Nextday confused with Next Day. That space makes a big difference. Anyway, I can not stress enough NOT to use this company. I do not get scammed easily, but Anthony really had me fooled. They were supposed to install our carpet on three different days, and never showed. Supposedly they could not install if it was raining because they cut the carpet outside (I did mention that we have a large screened-in covered porch they could use). And the other two times Anthony said the van broke down. I ended up canceling, and was assured we would get a refund. Of course, that never happened. Thank goodness I had used Visa and filed a dispute claim.

Please - don't use this company. There are far two many reputable firms around. Don't be fooled like I was - be smarter than me!

Then when the installers showed up they did not have enough carpet with them and had to reschedule for another day. Then they forgot to install the transition strip in one of my rooms. I tried 2x to get a response from the salesman and have yet to hear back. They take your money and then do not stand behind their workmanship or product. Now I am worried if I really have a valid warranty. Are they a fly by night operation ?? I have tried to contact the main office, but I always get a voice mail.

They still have yet to finish and it has been over a month since they installed. Pretty much if you pay ahead of time they do not care about you after. The installers were at my house from 5:30pm untill after midnight!!! Not to meantion they were 2 days late. They were supposed to be there first thing in the morning on a Thursday, did not show then were supposed to be there first thing on Friday, and did not get there till 5:30pm. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM

we were moving into our new home and the carpet and kitchen floor needed to be replaced.a sales consultant froom nextday carpet & flooring came to our home brought samples we were able to pick out the right carpet for our bedrooms and hardwood for our kitchen and they installed the folowing day. we ended up saving over $600 dollars and 2 weeks of waiting over their nearest competitor. we highly recomend them

In March 2008, I had just purchased my first home and was anxious to move in. The home was definitely in need of new carpet, and after searching around I decided to give NextDay Carpet a try. They were able to come out the same day to measure and give an estimate. The salesmen was very pushy, however, and after initially giving a very high price, he called his "manager" several times on the phone to try to work out a better deal. It felt very much like a slimy car dealership where they keep having to consult with the manager over the price. After some back and forth, the price was better, and because they were able to install the next day I decided to go ahead and order the carpet. The carpet installation went ok, and because we hadn't moved in yet there was no furniture to move and they were able to install it pretty quickly. I was happy with the carpet, until later I noticed that they had double billed my credit card. I called and talked to the billing department who stated they did see the double charge, and they would process a refund. I waited for my next CC statement and there wasn't a refund on my card yet. I called and was told that the refunds can take a little while to show up on my statement. I shouldn't have believed them because month after month went by and no refund. I finally called my CC company to reverse the charge and found out that I can only dispute a charge for 60 days and them I'm stuck. I've called NextDay, written letters, complained to the BBB, and still have no refund for the double charge over a year later. I would never recommend using this company unless you want to pay 2X the contracted price for service and deal with their pushy salesmen

I called and was told that the refunds can take a little while to show up on my statement. I shouldn't have believed them because month after month went by and no refund. I finally called my CC company to reverse the charge and found out that I can only dispute a charge for 60 days and them I'm stuck. I've called NextDay, written letters, complained to the local consumer advocate organization, and still have no refund for the double charge over a year later. I would never recommend using this company unless you want to pay 2X the contracted price for service and deal with their pushy salesmen
